She inhaled the fresh air which approached her and closed her eyes with a content smile. Pulling up herself Sara continued with her books

"Achun" Baby Nivi called him pulling his stethescope down grabbing his attention and shooing away his thoughts. He smiled and kneeled down
"Enna venu nivi baby?" he asked making her smile wide and point to a small girl who was relishing 'cotton candy' he smiled and turned to Nivi asking if she wants it to receive a vigorous nod from Nivi. He called Divya nurse to get her a cotton candy while his mind went down the memory lane:

And the waiter turned to ask the other three- (Ajay, Arjun and Sara) their order only to be intervened by Adi again
"Only for me!! " Adi strictly said showing himself and the waiter left while the others in the restaurant looled at him weirdly
"My milkshake I order.. You want milkshake you order.. Okay" he said to the people who turned back to continue with their business

"Sorry da Adi.. Valakama unna kaapathura maari kaapathala nu en mela kovama irupiya" Arjun asked
While Adi remained silent and turned right to see his friend keenly watching something through the glass side

"Daisy Duck" he called as Sara pulled herself out of her chair and paced out of the restaurant while all the three Ak's panicked and ran behind her only to watch her paying the cotton candy seller

' Cha.. Oru panju mutaayka indha oto oduno' they thought while Sara came towards them with doubt written all over her face
'Enna aachu? Why tension?' Sara mouthed while all the three glared making her gulp
'Cool down cool down Cool down' she said waving her hands on either sides making them burst into laughter

She pouted for a moment making them catch their ears and ended up laughing. She gave away each of them a cotton candy but gave Adi two making him raise his eyebrow

"Adhu enna Adi ku matu rendu panju mitayi" Arjun asked
'Adi ku dhaney adi vilundhuchu So Adi ku dha medicine kudukanu.. Cotton candy sweet medicine.. Naaku pink aanaa kanno pink aanadhu marandhuru Juneyy..' she mouthed giggling

"Nalla karuthu thalaivi.. Besh ah panreenga" Ajay said making them fall into another wave of laughter

He smiled reminiscing those sweet days with her bringing a pink tint in his cheeks making Nivi kiss his cheek. His eyes went wide while Nivi replied

"Un kanno panju mittayi maari pinkah iruncha.. Adha kuduthen" she replied with a grin and left licking her cotton candy bringing him sense that he was blushing

His eyes brought him those moments when her eyes shined and went wide when it was expressing her feelings and scrunched for a heavy laugh

His watch tinged 10 pm telling his time to close his clinic. He shoved his bag onto his shoulders and closed the clinic

"Arjun.. Saaptu po da" Janani called her son who went deaf eared to his mother's words and walked upstairs to his room leaving Janani confused. He placed his bag on the coffee table and picked up her personal diary which he stole from her hostel room after she left to Mumbai which had a click of each day shot by his instax camera

He flipped the pages and finally found the page where he found all the four of them folded together each with their one hand raised up with their cotton candy while Adi raised both his hands showing off his two candies with a pout making the others laugh. He traced his fingers through those happy smiles

"Good night Candy Doctor" he left a text for her with a cheeky smile and dozed off

Sara stretched out her arms and grabbed herself a bottle of water. Drenching her thirst she picked up her phone to check the time and found his text

'Candy Doctor!! ' she whispered in the air and a soft smile crept her lips reminding her that day

Arjun dropped Sara in her hostel and caught her wrist before she could move making her turn

'Maathira marundhella Odambuku medicine.. Candies and Pastries dha Manasuku medicine' she added closing her eyes inhaling and exhaling making Arjun crack

"Seringa Candy marundha kandupudicha Candy Doctor.. Nalla thoongunga.. Naa veetuku kelamburen.. Good night" he said smiling and rode off

She figured out his missings reflecting in his Good morning and Good night texts and smiled dreamily
