39. "AHH, WHAT IS HAPPENING?"

Evangeline POV

"What's wrong?" Angelo asks as i hug him tightly trying to get some sleep

"What do you mean? Nothing is wrong" i say

"Your muscles are tensed, you are shaking your leg, which you do when you are tense and hiding something from me" he stats

"Can't hide anything from my twin now can i?" i ask with a chuckle

"Never," he says

"I want to ask you something" i say and his face becomes serious

'What is it?" he asks

"Well... i can't do it, we should talk later" i say and run into the bathroom

I can't bring myself to ask him to go through that pain what i have been through and it will be only worse for him as of how painful his memories lost were and i don't even know how long i will take for him to recover and how he will be after recovering from his memory loss

"I am heading out for a bit, take your time" i heard him say and leave the room

I sigh as i start to get a headache

"I think a nap might help" i mumble to myself and get out of the bathroom and lay on the bed to clear my thoughts

And with that thoughts i close my eyes

ANGELO POV

Just as i got out of the room i see xander get out of xavier's room

"You had a fight with your twin too?" he asked seeing the frown on my face

"You too?" i ask and he nods

We make our way to his room

As we enter i plop myself on his bed and bounce a little because of the force

"So i guess she tried to tell you and backed off" he mumbled to himself but i heard it

"You know what she was about to tell me?" i ask him shocked because as far as i know they were not that close enough

"Huh?" he said "nothing" he continued after he realised i heard him

"No, it is not nothing, she was clearly upset and she was scared to tell me, and i have never once seen her scared" i say raising my voice

"So please, if you can, please tell me, i don't want to be the one n the dark, i know what ever she was about to say is about me" i pleased him standing in front of him looking in his eyes

"Fine, i was supposed to tell you anyway, she knew she would chicken out" he said and made me sit on the bed

"So you are aware that you had a memory loss right?" he asked looking into my eyes

"Yes" i say

"And she found a way to retrieve your lost memories back" he says making me shocked

"What?" i asked again to make sure that i didn't hear it wrong

"Yes" he said

"But isn't this supposed to be good news? Why is she scared?" i ask with a frown

"Well the thing is, it will hurt,it will hurt more than ever, the more painful the memories are the more it hurts. So she is scared that you might hurt yourself even more than before" he said hugging me

"But.." i did not know what to say

As soon as he was about to say something we heard a gunshot and both of us were on alert

He grabbed his gun and i took the dagger from under my bed as we carefully go out of the room

As soon as we were out we saw all of our siblings were there on the hallway too with their weapons out

"Where was the sound from again?" asked Alexander "no, why is angeline not out of her room?" he asked and my face turned into horror

No way she did not hear it

As if everyone thinks the same we all burst through the door of our room to see it empty with a broken glass bottle with some liquid flowing out of it and berry's gun on the floor with a few drops of blood

"NO" i shout as i rush and take her gun in my hands

"Its ok, she is strong, i am sure she will be fine, lets also search for her and trust her" Austin says as i sit on the floor with tears flowing out of my eyes

"No way she can get kidnapped, she is strong enough to beat up 5 men on her own, search her room and bed properly" Callum said as i nod and start doing it

I agree with him there is no way someone can kidnap berry in such short time as soon as i get up from the ground i fall to my knees due to the sudden pain in my skull

"Oh shit" i hear xander shout as i see him reading the label of the bottle

As soon as he saw the bottle he threw it on the ground and rushed to me holding me tightly

"Its ok, it will hurt a bit, a lot i guess but we are right here" he said i was about to ask what he meant but a sharp pain hit me and as if o queue my head started to hurt like a thousand needles poking my brain through the skull

"AHH, WHAT IS HAPPENING?" i shout loudly clutching my head in my hands

"Its ok, bear it with me, i know it hurts, i know its a lot o ask for, but, endure it love, its ok, it will end soon" he says as i scream in pain

"What is happening, why is he acting this way?" i heard austin ask but i was in no situation to repl and all of a sudden the pain stopped for a second only to get worse than before but this time it came with flash of memory that was long forgotten

The memory of how and why berry gave me the scar

Then followed by another and then other

I don't know how much time had passed but all i know is it is hurting and i did not want any of the awful memories that i lost till now and then all of a sudden the pain got so worst that i passed out

XANDER POV

As soon as he was passed out in my arms i gently picked him up and placed him on the bed

"What happened?" callum asked me as i set him in his bed

'It's the sent of oil, it brings back memories, it hurts' i reply and keep it short on purpose so eva can explain

Wait

Where is she again

"Search for evangeline first, he will need her when he is up" i say and everyone nods

"Where are mom and dad again?" i ask as i have not seen them from the time the gun shot was heard

"The were called for a last minute meeting and mom accompanied dad for some reason" Alexander said

I nod

After few minutes the front door burst open and mom and dad rushed in

'Where is he/ what happened? Alexander only said half of the things" mom shouted as soon as she saw us

And we all started to tell our parents exactly what happened

"Don't worry, i will start searching for eva, you stay with angelo and see if he wakes up" dad said and alexzander dad and callum went to dads office where as austin, me xavier and mom stayed back to look after angelo
