The Ring Wars [halo X warhammer 40,000]

The beginning of the war

The Victus Redemptor exited warp travel and begain its route to the star base of the UNSC as they do Durar walks into the bridge

"Get them on vox." Durar said to the driver to his right

"Yes, sir." Said the driver as he turned on the vox system "its on, sir." The driver said

"Thank you." Durar said as the vox system turned on in the bridge."This is Durar of the dark angels. I'm here to meet with your leaders." Durar said into the vox system

"Hello Durar, you can come to the starbase they are waiting for you. You can dock in Hanger Bay 5." The UNSC vox operator said

"Aferative I will be there in soon." Durar said, turning around and walking out of the bridge. As he walked, he voxed Neriel

"Neriel, I want you to come with me to this meeting. Meet me at the thunderhawk right now." Durar said into the vox

"Yes, Durar, I will be there as soon as I can." Nerial answered over vox

When Durar got to the thunderhawk and Neriel showed up right after him, and they got ready to leave. When they got on the thunderhawk, Durar and Neriel got on with five other battle brothers, and the door to the thunderhawk closed, and the thunderhawk lifted off and flew straight to the starbase when they got to the hanger, the thunderhawk touched down where the people in the hanger directed them to land. As the thunderhawk landed, its doors opened, and Durar and Neriel were the first out with the battle brothers behind them. When they got of Durar, I saw Arentus walking towards them

"Hello, Arentus," Durar said, standing in front of him. "Let's not keep the meeting any longer."

"Yes, let's go follow me." Arentus said, leading Durar to the meeting room

As they entered the meeting room, Durar sat at the seat he was given, and as he did, the room grew quiet in anticipation for want Durar was going to say. After a few minutes, Durar spoke

"I am here to discuss the Covenant." Durar said, his voice projecting in the room

"What about them." Said one of the counsel members

"They have tried to take the ring world from us. We want to take the front to the covenant." Durar said, looking at all of them

"What is your plan, Durar?" Arentus asked

"I plan on attacking the Covenant at their core with a full battle patrol and putting an end to the Covenant. " Durar said, looking from the others to Arentus."I would also request some additional forces from the UNSC in occupying the world's of the Covenant, I would also like to say something to the UNSC council." Durar said, standing up

"What is it that you want to say, Durar?" Said one of the council members

"Every world that me and my battle-brothers occupy they will be dark angel space." Durar said, looking from each of the counsel members

"That is unacceptable!" Said most of the council members

"I think it is most reasonable we are a lot stronger than you are, me and my battle brothers need more worlds to expand the dark angel territory and space, also world's that we free from Covenant occupation have a choice to join us or be returned to the UNSC." Durar said calmly

"That is the best option." Said one of the council members and Arentus

"How is this the best option!" Screamed one of the council members

Arentus looked at the council member "it is the best possible option because Durar and the Dark angels are a lot stronger then both the UNSC and the Covenant together, they took out a Covenant ship like it was paper against fire." Arentus said to the council member

"Is this true?" Asked most of the council members

"Yes, we destroyed a Covenant ship when we entered orbit of the ring word we now have under our control." Durar said, still standing

"How their ships have technology we don't have." Said one of the council members

"Our technology is rivaled by none in this galaxy." Durar said

"That is not possible. You can not be stronger than the hole UNSC fleet." Another council member said

"Our one ship can destroy a Covenant ship in five minutes. Your fleet can't go against our ships power and might." Durar said, putting his hand on his power sword."With or without your help, we will take the Covenant down, and if you get in the Dark Angels way, we will not hesitate to end you." Durar said, turning around to leave the meeting

When Durar left Arentus ran after him and as he was getting closer Durar turned around and Arentus stopped running

"What is it Arentus." Durar said as he turned around

"I would like to join you." Arentus said as he stopped right in front of Durar "the UNSC has been losing this fight from the beginning and I would like to join the Dark Angels."

"I am fine with this will you accompany us to the ring world to sort you joining are ranks?" Durar asked

"Yes." Arentus said

"Then follow." As Durar said that he turned around and started to walk to the thunderhawk.

When they got to the thunderhawk Durar turned around and pulled a personal vox link and handed it to Arentus

"What is this for?" Arentus asked

"It is for communication between just us, because you don't have a warp drive or a warp navigator you can not follow us." Durar said

"I do not know of this warp you are talking about but we have a slipspace drive it allows us to travel long distance." Arentus said

"Ah good then you will follow us to the ring me and my battle-brothers inhabit." Durar said as he is getting on the thunderhawk

"I will see you there." As Arentus said that the door to the thunderhawthe door closed, the engine started and it took off and landed in the Victus Redemptor and Durar stepped out of the thunderhawk and when straight to the bridge and told the navigator to chart a corse to the ring and told the diver to ready the warp drive and with in 10 minutes they left the UNSC home world.
