As she laid down Her eyes fixed on the ceiling, Her heart grew heavy With mixed feelings.
Neglecting them wasn't helping anymore. Acknowledging them made her vulnerable.
She found herself stuck, Maybe lost. Bounded by the thoughts Of what ifs and what nots.
She tossed and turned To her sides, And started wondering What it would be like To close her eyes And instantly fall asleep, With a clear mind And her heart at peace.
