Friday came, all the students from UWC Atlantic College were excited for the Color Party, which will be later that afternoon.
It wasn't that cold and enough to start building campsites in the field
Students from different countries scattered throughout the grounds, food stalls everywhere
Well, for Lucas' and Sofia's friends, they've been finished setting up their tents which were circled with four tents
"I'm so excited for this day!" Elise beamed, cheerfully trying every food she sees
"It's so much fun!" Orson replied, they all tried foods and bought things for themselves
As for Lucas and Sofia? They were in their own world, chatting and bickering.
"In Spain, we also do things like this." She shared and Lucas carefully listened
There were students dancing and professors were also having fun
They were eating their ice cream, when a girl approached Lucas, "Hi Lucas, can you spare a minute?" The girl said, and Sofia felt irritated
Lucas looked at her as if asking for permission if he could go, and the older woman just nodded even if she didn't want Lucas to go
"Wait here for me, Bourbon. I promise I'll make this one quick." Lucas said, smiled and left with the girl
Sofia felt really territorial especially with Lucas, she was eyeing Lucas since he left.
She's been feeling jealous but she tried brushing it off
Minutes later, Lucas came back with a smile on his face
"What did she say?" Sofia eagerly asked
"She confessed, but I told her that I don't feel the same way. I asked her to be my friend instead. Remember the letter? It was her friend that gave me the letter because she didn't have the courage to do so." Lucas honestly replied, which made the Infanta understand, instead she kept quiet
"Can I have some of your ice cream?" Sofia said, with pleading eyes
"You can have it, Bourbon." Lucas offered, and like a kid, Sofia took it and enjoyed the ice cream
The girl didn't notice that there was dirt on her mouth after eating, Lucas immediately took his handkerchief and wiped the dirt off Sofia's face
"You eat like a kid, Bourbon."
They started walking back to their friends, while giggling at what Lucas had said
Their friends noticed how they look and act with each other as if they've been together for years
"I kinda feel suspicious with those two." Dwayne said, pointing at Sofia and Lucas
"They're just too oblivious that they like each other..." Orson replied, munching his food
Afternoon came and the program started, students assembled to the field
"ARE YOU READY FOR THE FUN!" The host shouted excitedly, the students cheered and applauded
The next thing they knew colored powders blasted across the field and flew everywhere, there were buckets of colored powders scattered on the field so the students can grab a handful and toss wherever they wanted
As for Sofia and Lucas, who were one of the students at the field having fun that time, it was crowded
Lucas held Sofia's hand just so the older girl wouldn't be lost
