Luna pulled into the driveway and entered the house where she saw her mom sitting on the couch. Luna, what are you doing home so early? Rita asked. I quit my job, Luna said. Why did you do that? Rita asked because a coworker named Greg is the owner's son and can get away with anything he wants. Anyway, I'll be up in my room looking for a new job, Luna said alright, sweetie Rita said up in Luna and Lincoln's room. Luna was sitting on the bed looking through job listings
A few hours later
Luna was asleep in bed when she heard the bedroom door open she looked and saw her son enter the room. Oh, hey mom, Lincoln said as he went over to her. Luna smiled and pulled him into a hug. Lincoln hugged her back and said Grandma told us about what had happened at work today. Are you gonna find a new job? I was looking, but I must have fallen asleep, Luna said Lincoln smiled and got into the bed, cuddling close to her. Luna smiled and kissed his forehead
The Next Day
Lincoln, wake up kiddo you gotta get to school, "Luna said, Lincoln opened his eyes and sat up, get dressed, and I'll drive you to school kiddo Luna said as she left the room later in the day Luna was looking through different jobs when her father approached her hey Luna Lynn SR said hey pop's what's up Luna asked well remember last week when I got the money from that investor to open my own restaurant Lynn asked ya what about it Luna responded well I was thinking since your looking for a job how about you come and work for me at my restaurant once I find a place Lynn said Luna thought for a second then looked something up on her computer found one Luna said you did already Lynn said yep it the old fish shack that went out of business it'll need some renovations but that shouldn't be a problem Luna said oh wow that place will be perfect thanks Luna Lynn said no problem pops Luna said as she closed her computer realizing what time it was oh I better go and get my boy from school I'll be back in a bit Luna said ok see you soon Lynn said
A few hours later
Up in Luna and Lincoln's room, the two were sitting on the bed watching YouTube together when Lynn SR entered the room. Hey Luna, what was the name of that old fish shack again? Lynn asked. I think it was called something fishy. Or, something like that, Luna said oh ok Lynn said as he left the room. mom Lincoln said yes, buddy Luna said, "Why is grampa asking you about an old fish shack Lincoln asked well I think he's finally opening his own restaurant kiddo Luna responded oh cool Lincoln said as he unpaused the video Luna smiled and wrapped an arm around him as the two just sat on the bed watching YouTube together
