happiness. "I would like to thank everyone who decided to show up tonight." Kendall spoke into the pink glitter-covered microphone, as she stared around at the familiar faces that belonged to her family, and friends. It was finally the day of the beautiful event of her birthday, the mixture of red, and purple lights glowed around everyone's presence.
Paige Bueckers stood in the back of the dark club, leaning her tall frame against the pillars covered in random rock band posters, nobody had known about the invitation she had received from her ex-girlfriend's manager, claiming that she needed to be there to listen to a set of unreleased songs.
"I want to perform a couple of my favorite songs from my unreleased album before I get way too drunk, and none of my friends can find me later." Kendall loudly, laughed at her own words, lifting her plastic cup filled with tequila into the air, as the others in front of her joined in, filling the air with loud cheers.
Kendall was joined on the stage by her band from her last tour, as the instrumental to one of her favorite songs from the album began to play. "The hardest pill to swallow is knowing that tomorrow, you're not mine, mine, mine." She anxiously sang into the microphone, as her green eyes searched around the large crowd for either Opal or Preston to help calm down her nerves, but was met with another gaze, the icy blue one that belonged to her ex-girlfriend.
