Echoes Of The Past

Chapter 2

"If you have a wish, what would it be?" a girl asked.

"It would be, a power to remember people from my past life," a boy answered.

"Why?" the girl asked.

"So that, we can be together, forever," the  boy answered.

I saw flashes of light and a fire, before I woke up from my weird dream.

Basang-basa ako ng pawis kahit na malamig, I looked at the clock and it's 3 in the morning. My dream isn't scary at all, but, why do I feel scared?

I went downstairs to drink water. I can't stop thinking about my dream. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but why does it feel so real? 

After drinking water, I went to my room to sleep again, but I can't.

I went to our balcony for some air, the sky is still dark, everyone's lights are turned off, and this whole place is wrapped in silence. I feel like the whole world is still asleep, even though it's not.

Naisip ko tuloy na point of view ko lang 'to, I'm the only one who thinks everone's asleep. Maybe someone's awake, but I can't see them. What I mean is, we have different point of views in our world. And we believe the things that we see.

Posible ngang may nagta-trabaho pa sa ganitong oras eh, yung iba pwedeng nasa biyahe, yung iba naman pwedeng iniisip kung paano nila masu-survive yung panibagong araw, yung iba nag-lalaro pa, and I'm just standing there, thinking everyone's asleep.

Hays, the world we're in, is sure big, imagine sa isang siyudad palang 'yon ah.

Papasok na sana ako sa kwarto ko nang bigla kong nakita si Ciel. He's in his room, reading. His room looks really clean. Hindi ko naman hobby na makitingin sa kwarto ng iba, kaso kitang-kita yung kwarto niya eh. xD

I went inside my room and remembered the weird book I bought last night. Kinuha ko 'yon at binasa.

"Chapter 3 na pala ako," I said to myself. 

I personally love this book, but I hate the prince so much. If he really love the princess, he'd let her go. But, instead, he imprisoned her with his love. EWW... Kung makakapasok lang ako sa librong 'to I'll tell the princess to leave the prince. 

The paper from the other night, makes sense. Wala nga lang yung thrill, kasi para lang siyang story summary.

I checked the time and it's 6 in the morning. But, I finished 10  chapters of the book.

Okay lang naman, wala naman kaming school ngayon eh. Cleaning day nga lang. :<

Inuna ko muna yung kwarto ko, kasi gusto ko ng clean room. Actually, mas maganda talaga pag may kanya-kaniya kayong kwarto.

Kasi, responsibilidad mo nang linisin yung sarili mong kwarto. Feeling ko nga mas nakababawas ng gawain pag ganon eh.

The next thing I did is remove the dusts form our window and countertops. I ate breakfast and cleaned the refrigerator, re-organized our kitchen cabinets, pantries, and washed the dishes.

And, finally I'm done.

"Anak, sasama ka ba sa amin?" my mom asked.

"Wag na po, tinatamad ako," I answered while preparing my snack.

"Sure ka ah? Walang hihingi ng pasalubong," she joked.

"Kayo na lang nga, okay lang," I replied.

Mas pipiliin kong mag-laro ng online game kaysa mag-pagod sa pupuntahan nila.

It's not like, I don't want to be with them. Pero kasi, I need some alone time sometimes.

They left the house and I went to my room to play Mobile Legends.
