At the edge Hiccup/Male Dragon rider reader

Astrid stood guard but the person hiding goes out of cover and walks nonchalantly with his hands in the air sarcastically.

"You got me. I knew that twig would snap."

Astrid looked at the other person. His body covered covered by a cloak.

"They name is TJ...It's a nickname"

"Astrid. Now I'm gonna go."

"Hold on! Hold on."

"Now what?"

"I'm looking for someone maybe you seen him."

"Is he Y/N?"

"Yes actually. Where is he?"

"He's at a place called the edge I'll take you there."

"Okay I'll follow."

"You can only get there by dragon."

"I know. You don't mind do you?"

"Fine."

Astrid sits on storm fly's saddle gesturing for TJ to climb on with her.

"Nice dragon. What do you call it?"

"Her name is Stormfly."
Astrid stated as they flew back to the edge.

Back at the edge.

Y/N flew back to the stables. He found a little cliff showing a lot of the ocean near the edge. He sat there and thought for the whole time.

When he came back he looked in his saddle bag. He didn't feel the piece of paper he wanted.

"Where did my...Astrid."

As if on que. Astrid's deadly naddar screeches and lands.

"Welcome ba-"

"Hey Y/N!"

TJ got off of Storm fly.
Hiccup came walking with a smile.
"Astrid! Who's this?"

"My name is TJ... It's a nick name."

"I knew him along time ago."
Y/N said.

"Yeah we used to go on patrols looking for dragons."

"Really?" Hiccup was fascinated by this new information.

"Did you find any nightfuries?"

"We found one but then it was shot down five years ago."

Hiccup remembered. They were talking about toothless.

"Yeah Y/N thought the one shooting the night fury was cute the way his-"

"TJ!" Y/N stopped TJ from speaking his helmet hiding his red face. He leans in to TJ and whispered in his ear.

"Thats the boy who shot the nightfury."

"That's him?!"

"Yes now shut up!"

Y/N stood down and laughed it off patting TJ's shoulder.

"It's great to see you again. You know how back home is."

"Yeah about that. The general has been demoted they issued every one born or raised there to step up for the next general."

Y/N was so happy now maybe if he goes back he can right all the Inquisition did bad.

"Hiccup. We must go! Your coming too!"

"Wait me too?"

"Yes! you always wanted to go there and if I'm general. All of the dragons will no longer be our enemy."

Hiccup couldn't refuse.

"I don't see why not."

"Great. Oh and Astrid my map please."

Astrid looked shocked.

"I don't have your map."

"Yes you do. Give it back."

"Fine. Bring hiccup back. In one piece."

Hiccup shrugged it off as a joke but Y/N was unhappy Astrid said that.

"Also I'm sorry. I was a jerk and. I was jealous."

"Well at least you tried to apologize. I accept it either way."

Hiccup ran out.

"Hey TJ when are they holding the meet."

"Not in a couple of days. Why?"

"Hiccup needs to pack."

"Okay."

Hiccup was going through his shelves and his box. Until he had what he needed. He packed for a couple of days.
Y/N walked in chuckling.

"Man TJ. I haven't seen him in forever."

"You thought I was cute?"

Y/N stopped laughing and began to walk forward.

"You see. Aside from me telling the truth. You would assume I would say yes. But I'd still be lying. I do think your cute. In fact you are beautiful."

Y/N wrapped his arms around hiccups waist and looked at him.

"So what will you do now?" Y/N asked and hiccup...
