Being a teenager or reaching puberty is a special part of your life , it is completely natural and happens to all of us.

During puberty your brain sends a message to all the different body parts telling them it's time to release hormones and those hormones will help your body mature physically.

One of the first things you may notice is that your breast (boobs) will start growing and hair will start growing under your arms and between your legs, it may also be the time your skin breaks out for no reason with spots (pimples)
You will also start sweating and start your periods or also known as menstruation cycle

Chances are you'll also be emotional and for no reason be sad and also be angry at your parents , friends or family and even burst into tears but you don't need to worry about it , it's all about growing up and becoming a woman

As you enter puberty you will notice your breasts will start to grow at first you might notice a small difference but after a while they will become fuller. During this time you might feel a tingle in your breasts or tenderness and for many girls one breast will grow more quicker than the other but don't worry no one will notice it's perfectly normal and time to come they will grow more or less the same size
(No two breasts are the same)

Peroids

What is peroids??

Each month your womb prepares one of your ovaries to release an egg and it does this by lining up with blood and nutrients that will keep the egg safe , as soon as the ovary releases the egg it begins its journey to the womb if the egg is fertilized by a mans sperm a baby will grow but if the egg is not fertilized then a baby will not grow then you brain will send a message to your reproductive system telling it doesn't need the egg blood and nutrients line up the walls of your womb
THAT IS WHAT PERIODS ARE

Most girls start around 13-14 but most start around anywhere 8-18 but I started around 12

When you start your periods it won't be heavy

When you start your periods it will probably be irregular and the flow will be different and you might miss a period but don't worry about its normal

You periods will last about 2-10 days if it lasts longer than that tell someone!!

Products:

Pads

Pads are easy to use and are less stressful , you just take it out of the packaging and stick it on your underwear some come with sticky wings which ensures the pad stays on your underwear

Tampons

I personally never used tampons but my friends do and they say that it is "kinda painful" well I don't know you guys should try it and see for yourself there are tutorials on YouTube to show you how to use it I'd rather not explain because I don't know what how to explain it
