I watched her as she briskly walked out of the store thinking over what she told me.
'God we have an amazing mate' Alec said hazily.
'Yeah we do.' I couldn't help but admire my little mate even more for her little speech and I couldn't help but think about how amazing she truly is.
'What are we gonna do about her dad? I mean I'm more than happy to rip out his throat-'
'No!' I interrupted Alec. 'She will never forgive us if we just walk over there and kill him, plus he's an Aplha, he might have more power than us but we need to know for sure.'
'And how are you gonna do that oh smart one' Alec said.
'Well there's really only one way'

Jenny's Point Of View
I practically sprinted the whole way home and was exhausted by the time I walked through the front door.
"Where have you been?!" Father yelled.
"I'm sorry I had to stay after school for help on my English project, I know how you don't like me hanging out with the other kids so I stayed with a teacher after class to-"
"How dare you lie to me!" My Father roared. "You are such a little b*tch! I have provided for you ever since you were born and this is how you repay me?! With lies?! You were with that stupid joke of an Alpha Zeke! Were you not?!"
"I was..." I mumbled
"What I couldn't here you?!"
"I was!"
"That's what I thought, come here now!"
I walked slowly and carefully towards him trying to predict what he would do. But from the surface all I could see was rage. When I was close enough he grabbed the collar of my shirt and pushed me into the wall.
"It won't happen ever again am I right?"
"Never" I lied. Of course he knew this and he brought his fist back and pinched me in the jaw. my head flew back and rammed into the wall.
"You are pathetic! I regret keeping you after your mom died you worthless piece of sh*t!" And with that said he dropped me on the ground and started to kick me repeatedly in my stomach. After every kick my whimpers would get louder which only made him kick harder. When he knew that he did enough damage so that I wouldn't be able to go anywhere he walked over to the cabinet and pulled out a cup and a full thing of vodka, and with that he walked out of the room go his study locking the door.
I stayed there on the ground groaning with black dots starting to clog my vision.
"Jenny stay with me." A voice whispered. I felt large arms engulf me and pick me up.
"God dammit Jenny open your eyes!" A voice yelled loader. I didn't even realize that I had closed them, and the thought of sleep was extremely appealing. I smiled at the thought and mumbled the word sleep.
"What was that?" The voice asked.
"Sleep." I said a little louder. The mysterious voice said something back but I was too far gone to catch it, and with that the darkness overtook me.
