I breathe softly before looking into his eyes.

"No,"

His gaze on me becomes more intense and his hands begin to feel cold.

He moves his hand from the side of my neck before taking a step back.

"Okay," he says as he moves further away from me and leans against the Island.

I let a deep breath go that I didn't even know  I was holding for a while now and he chuckles.

"Someday you'll want me to," he says and I roll my eyes.

"You wish,' I say as we both stare into each other's eyes.

His green eyes gaze into my mine, as though he's burning into my soul.

"Izzy, you okay, I heard you had to leave the movie," my sister says as she walks through the door.

"Yea, I'm fine," I say, before walking over to her.

"I heard Adonis dropped you off,"

"And stayed," he says as he stands behind me.

He smiles before waving his hand.

"Now that you're here, I can go," he says before grabbing his jacket.

"Don't wanna stay for dinner, we're gonna order so pizza," Lexi says and Adonis shakes his head.

"I really have to get going," he says and she nods.

"See you tomorrow, " she expresses, he flashes a smile before leaving.

"What happened?" she questions and I sigh.

"Jackson kissed me,"

"Wait like the first kiss since you know who," she says and I nod.

"I don't even want to talk about it," I said.

"Now what happened with you and Levi?"

She rolls her eyes at my question and I chuckle.

"Come on, you never tell me anything," I say as I follow her to the kitchen.
