its been a week since we started training and not much has happened besides the fact that Derek left thee pack without a trace and so did Sammy's parents, its as though they left with an ulterior motive but I just brushed it off and decided to focus on getting my mate back and nicks brother back
It's been hard cause all he does is give me one-word answers and he never calls my name but only uses the title alpha instead. today I'm going to make sure that I can spend as much time as and get to know who he really is, but I don't know how to get some alone time with him
I and Nick wanted to ask Micah for some advice because he was already friends with many people in just a week so I thought maybe I could ask for his help but he shut us out and said
"as much as I like the fact that you want to help get him back I will not risk letting his heart broken by the same people that treated him like shit because when you betray him again I will be at fault for helping so never ask me again for anything that involves my little brother, now if you'll excuse me and I apologize if I was a bit too rude alpha, beta" then he left
I've been thinking and I am asking most people but I can never get a precise plan, then a guard walks in
"alpha there have been more sightings of demons in the dark mist pack and since the warriors were trained by our luna, he has made them feel less worried but they are on the fact that they do not know when they plan to attack so they need your help" yes
Everyone in the pack now regrets what they did to Sammy
and all of them call him luna even other packs call him the king luna because he carries every pack that exists like a true alphas king's luna. but none mention the name to his face cause after seeing the skills he possesses in combat no one dares to anger him, not even me, because even if he has no wolf, he is very dangerous.
Wait, can use this as an excuse and go with Sammy to the dark mist pack and try to take him somewhere when we have sorted the issue
"Call your luna to my office and tell him it is urgent," I said and he smiled and left, yes everyone always wants a chance to at least talk to luna cause they think he would make an amazing friend as he is a luna without even noticing
he walks in a few minutes later and bows
"you called alpha," he said and it saddened me
"yes I would like you to accompany me to the dark mist pack to see what has been happening because as king I protect all packs," I said hoping I wouldn't have to convince him
"with all due respect, your highness is it not your luna who is to accompany you to such matters for I am not of such importance"
"SHE IS NOT MY LUNA, YOU ARE!, PLEASE JUST COME WITH ME" I shouted whilst begging
he looked at me for a second with the same expression, stoic
and he said
"I may be your mate, but I'm not your luna, there's a difference, and correction I am your ex-mate and she is your mate, I am the past and she is your present" I was so sad at what he just said and before he could leave I jumped and grabbed him and kissed him square on the lips, he didn't kiss back. I felt electricity running through me and an urge to keep kissing him hoping maybe he would kiss back.but he still didn't and it broke my heart so I slowly pulled away and leaned my forehead against his, holding him as if he would disappear if I loosened my grip and I know he would
"Please just give me a chance, I made your life hell and now I want to make up for it, I want to show you I have changed my love, I don't want to lose you to another and I get that its stupid excuse but I want to bond and get to know you the way Micah does, I want your eyes to soften when you look at me the same way the shine with love when you look at Micah, please, I love you, I really do"
"don't say words that you won't be able to keep alpha, I will go with you but only if the luna allows me to depart with her mate," he said and it made me madder
"of course she'll say not Sammy, why can't you understand that I need you and only you, I divorced her so that I could be with you, the true luna," I said beginning to worry
"alpha you cant fall in love with someone in a small amount of time so don't tell me that bullcrap cause I'm not buying it, Chloe is your mate and she is carrying the future king of werewolves" that hit me hard, not only had I rejected him but I had a child with Chloe, convincing him to love me will not be as easy with such an obstacle in our path.
"forgive me alpha, but unless luna agrees I will not go with you," he said and left
I rushed out of my office in anger and went straight for Chloe's room
"listen up you slut, my mate is so settled in the fact that you are luna and I want some bonding time with him so you will tell him that you accept him to leave with me, understood," I said
"she nodded her head then I said "I know you had an abortion and since you did that I will banish you and relieve you from you luna duties, oh and I know about you and your mate," I said and pulled her searching for sammy whilst shouting his name and everyone could hear it so a crowd gathered where I was standing
"yes alpha," he said and he was standing next to Micah but at this moment my mind is clouded with anger so I shouted at Micah "get off my mate and find another! he's mine"
"calm your pants down, what if I am his second chance mate, he deserves happiness and I would give it to him now can you say what you want and get it over with"what he said made me release my aura to make him bow down and submit but I still had guilt running through me cause he was right, all I brought in my mates life was pain, but I will change that
"alpha what did you need, "Sammy asked, diverting the topic
"Everyone is here to announce that Chloe shall no longer be your luna and I will have our bond broken during tonight's full moon," I said and everyone was shocked
"then who will be our luna," a person asked
"I will give the rightful title to your true luna instead, "I said but I was cut off with Sammy walking towards Chloe and he said
"I will not take the position of luna for this pack for it is not my intention to stay here when the war is over, and as for the moment she is still luna so my luna your mate the king asked me to accompany him to the dark mist pack and as it is your duty I am asking you if you are okay with me going with your mate" I was already panicking cause he said he will leave and you never know when the war will come, if it comes to him leaving I will mark him and he won't be able to leave me because when we mate our bond will bind us together for a while because it was broken so it tries to heal its self, please moon goddess, help me get my mate back as soon as possible, I can't lose him again
"of course not why would my mate have to go out with a slut like-"
I glared at her before she could finish her sentence and then replied
"I mean yes you can go with my mate" she corrected in fear
He nodded and left and I turned to her
"start packing, cause you're leaving tonight"
and with that, I left to go prepare for my journey
