Puffs of clouds leaving my lips as I sigh blissfully, and the flavourful fluid travels down my throat and warms my bundled figure. An unexpected but certainly a welcoming, mittened hands swivel its way around my waist, prompting a smile to spread across my face as he drew me closer to his chest. Hot fervent lips pecked my cold reddened cheeks as I nestled into Zuko's side.
Glancing to my right, I smile at the equally beaming couple whose bodies are muddled comfortably within each other's arms. Katara's head is tilting against Aang's coated chest with arms encircled tenderly around his torso, and the avatar nuzzles his cheeks against his lover's forehead after planting a small kiss on it. Glimpsing to my left, I see the male Southern Pole fighter having his limbs wrapped closely around two cherished people. One is placed loosely around Suki's waist, while the other dangled over Toph's shoulder. We were all in great spirit, spending quality time with friends and family while gazing at the sun submerge under the dark sea.
My heart soars as I hear the high-pitched giggles erupting from the group of children, their adorable bundled bodies mingling together as they played with the glistening white snow. After interlocking my fingers with my husband, my eyes fall on my beloved four-year-old firebender. I watch his small figure suddenly slightly tilt back before a short sneeze leaves his nose, jolting his body as red sparks ultimately come out of his petite nose. The surrounding children look at him in absolute awe before falling into another fit of laughter.
Zuko's grip on my hands tightens as he delicately kisses my eyelid, snuggling his face into my locks. I slowly lean my head back to find his golden eyes already settled on me. Simultaneously breaking into a brighter smile, he tenderly brings his lips to mine.
"Thank you for all the happiness you have brought into my life."
