fire drill

(part of this is poem are lines from the song fire drill by melanie martinez. it fits on the tune of it's brigde.)

Mirror mirror on the wall
i don't love me at all
should i do something, about it?

i can't even appreciate
all the time and effort it takes
just to put a smile on my face,
everyday

i am not the government, i am not the messed up men
i am not a part of anything that is hateful
love is seeping out my pores

but i don't love me anymore
i can only love the people who make me
hate me

Mirror mirror on the wall
i don't love me at all
tell me should i do something, about it?

i can begin to appreciate
all the little things that make
me put a smile on my face,
everyday

love is seeping out my pore
i don't hate myself anymore
i hope that i can learn to
love myself
again
