The burning lamp disappeared and it was replaced by its paramour,the moon.The bleeding arm of captain Kamzan was still oozing like the flow of water in the river nearer to them.
He was busy wrapping it like a gift that he wanted to cover so that no one would know what's inside of it.Using his handkerchief,after almost a year of struggling the cloth finally hugged his wound.His creased forehead was slowly ironed when he succeeded on doing it.
Yerein wanted to help but she was afraid.She just got some herbal leaves to create a balm for his wound but she didn't offer him because she knew,he would not accept it.Inspite of being his interrogator she knew that their hatred for each other had the same level.He talked to her because he needed to.
There were many things that caused them to loath each other.The barrier of truth,the barrier of pride,and the barrier of mistrust.Maybe if they could overcome those barriers they could see the true colors of their painted soul.
She saw that he was in pain,not only in pain but they were both hungry.Of course she couldn't complain, the man was her enemy.She could be killed anytime.Wrong words,wrong move,she would be found on the ground.
She was sitting on the rock while looking into the river while captain Kamzan was sitting under the tree far away from her.
They both ignored each other.No food,no sound and no heart.Only two humans hating each other in the dark.
After hours of hours observing the universe,Yerein descended from the rock and laid down herself on the grass.Captain Kamzan just observed her,he knew that she was hungry but the forest was very dark,he couldn't leave any woman alone in this forest.For now they have no choice but to endure the test of famine
It was 3:am in the cellphone watch of captain Kamzan,Yerein had awoken by the two sounds. By the unknown but scary sound and by the voice of a man who was having a nightmare.
Yerein saw Kamzan moving his body,he was holding his bleeding arm,he was in pain but he was asleep."Ya Allah,what shall I do,shall I wake him up?"She was in dilemma,she was a Muslimah who embraced and followed the rules of her religion.It would be wronged to touch the captain for it was not her husband.
Yerein decided to help the human in pain.Since no one could see her,she removed her veil,and ripped some pieces for captain Kamzan's wound.After this she put her veil again.
"Ya Allah forgive me,I need to touch him because he really needs my help" Yerein prayed and repented while applying the herbal balm to captain Kamzan's wound and after this she wrapped it with her piece of veil.The handkerchief that was being used by the captain was soaked in blood,she removed it to replace it, but she did it after she cleaned the wound.
After a moment,captain Kamzan's body stopped fidgeting,he was now sleeping peacefully. She looked at him,in her heart he was cruel but she helped him for Allah's sake.
Yerein could still hear the sound of scary creatures she decided to sleep neared to captain Kamzan not on the same position though.They are like a letter T.While captain Kamzan was the vertical,she was the horizontal.In short they were like an upside down letter T.

Captain Kamzan was being awoken by the chirp of birds.He immediately checked his wound.
While moving he kicked something no he kicked someone.Captain Kamzan was shocked to see how Yerein traveled neared to him when before he slept she was very far away from him but the most shocking thing to captain Kamzan was his wound,it was being treated.He was wondering on why he couldn't open his eyes last night even though he already felt that there was someone moving his arm in up and down motion. He thought the excruciating pain brought by his bleeding arm caused him to hallucinate.
He sat down and looked at the rugged doll sleeping neared to his feet. He knew that this woman was a beauty but living in a dark world, however he was not sure now if she was really a bad human after seeing his treated wound.
What made her a bad woman just because she felt in love with a bad man.?"it was a waste" captain Kamzan small talked with himself while regaining slowly his consciousness from grassy sleep.
It was a grassy sleep for him,but he was immune to this kind of set-up.He could sleep on the leaves,on the rock or on the water but he was not sure if the rugged doll from his view was used to this kind of uncomfortable thing.But maybe she was being trained by her husband to live in pain and uncomfortability.
The signal was finally back,he heard his phone beeped"Yes officer Nico?"captain Kamzan answered,upon hearing his voice,Yerein immediately sat up.And looked at the captain"no,we are not lost,we are inside the big hole near to the safe house"captain Kamzan stated while looking at Yerein confused eyes,he was already standing now."Ready yourself woman,we are going back to the camp"
Yerein noticed the changed of her name from Mrs.Terrorist to woman.Maybe it was because he was starting to see her as a woman and not a terrorist.Yerein followed captain Kamzan. And finally the rescue team arrived.
When they reached the camp, officer Nico and officer Max were amused to see the two.They looked like unwatered plants or more like a distressed wild animals but they couldn't fathom on why the piece of veil of Yerein was in their captain's arm.They ran immediately to them,hoping that the captain would give them a proper answer.
The two buddies of captain Kamzan exchanged a meaningful look.They both thinking the same thing though they wanted to press the slowly brewed romance they couldn't do that because the male lead was not a romantic man.
"You had been shot? What about you Yerein?" Officer Nico asked while looking at Yerein,trying to check using his eyes if she had a wound.
"I am okay alhamdulillah"Yerein answered and looked at the officer who was hurriedly running to them
"why did you run that was your ally,you didn't recognize them?"Officer Jake unpopular inquiry started again.He always said the wrong words and always failed to see the real situation.
"what ally?"a confused look was visible on Yerein's face.
"your husband sent them to you"Jake continued on his story telling.It was a wrong timing,the two people were tired and hungry and here he was asking Yerein about her terrorist husband.
"Officer Nico bring her to the cell"captain Kamzan commanded, and walked to the infirmary while ignoring officer Jake useless talks.
Officer Max followed his captain to the infirmary.They were all settled in because they were all exhausted from the stressful event.
