After their bonding night, days passed placidly,the doctor returned to her home and everything was going smoothly but not so long.Kamzan received a text from Max that some troops were sent to get them.He went to Yerein's room as fast as he could,however he was too late Jarannya was already there,the text he received was two hours ago.
"Good evening or shall I say good morning captain"Jarannya greeted her while handcuffing Yerein
"So you keep a terrorist huh?"
Kamzan didn't pay attention to the woman talking, he was busy looking at the woman hurting because of Jarannya's forceful hold.
"The handcuff is too tight"Kamzan spoke, before Jarannya could react he already adjusted the handcuffed,and removed the rope that tied to Yerein's body.It was a gentleman move but beyond this gentleman thing was an in love man who wasn't aware of the state of his heart.
"Seriously?"Jarannya's mouth dropped for a while because of Kamzan's action.
"The handcuff is already enough Jarannya"If he wasn't guilty for bringing her to his house,he would not just remove the rope but also the handcuff, however, he knew that he did something offensive to his fellow troops but even though he did something wrong,he couldn't tolerate any inhumane act toward his special prisoner.
"Okay,I will let you do it since this is the last time you will interfere with this case"Jarannya didn't like the scene that she witnessed.By just a short span of time it was obvious that this man became her ex-best friend's hero.
"What do you mean?"Kamzan had already known that he would be punished because of his reckless act but he thought his colleague would let him off.After all it was his first time to rebel against them but no matter what his reason was,in the eyes of law it was still wrong.
"They are getting Yerein case from here"Max explained,Kamzan beautiful eyes were became bigger,a sign that he didn't like the words he heard.He already made clear that no one could touch Yerein's case that's why he reached the 100% boiling point when he heard that he should let go of Yerein's case now
"Officer Nico, bring her to our camp" He commanded with full authority.
"It will not happen on your way"one of the officials in white moon spoke to Kamzan.For the reason of envy because Kamzan was known to be Mr.know it all in their academy,he hated Kamzan,for him this was the best opportunity to provoke him.
"I want to talk to captain grandpa"Kamzan's last savior was captain grandpa since he was one of the captains in the white moon.
"Papa was temporarily removed from the White Moon command because of you"
"What?"Nothing made sense right now.All Kamzan's remedy was becoming futile.He became powerless.He didn't like it,Yerein was looking at him,trying to speak through her eyes but he wasn't focusing on Yerein's plea right now he was focusing on his raging heart that wanted to protect his belonging but if he would just pause and look at Yerein's eyes it said to give up the fight because she didn't want Kamzan to get hurt.
"Because the best soldier of the Black Moon became reckless, all those people connected to him and lent help to him were temporarily disabled from the command"Jarannya enlightened him.She loved the man,since in the training but the man she was in love with chose to fall to the terrorist according to her.
"Captain they are saying the truth"Max spoke again.When they heard the bad news that Jarannya went to the safe house and found nothing there,they knew that their first target destination was Kamzan's house that's why he immediately texted him, however, Kamzan was already asleep since it was already passed 1:00 am.
"I don't care if it's wrong or not ,all I want is to bring Yerein to our camp"Yerein was struggling in Jarannya's hold,when Kamzan attempted to free her,the other soldiers hold Kamzan and handcuffed him too.
"What the hell,did you know who I am?!"He shouted,the soldiers holding him were terrified of course he was the popular and the mighty captain,no one could touch him forcibly but though they were afraid,they needed to abide to the higher officials
"We are just following order captain"
Yerein was dragged by Jarannya to the door."leave her alone Jarannya"Jarannya produced a mocking smile"forget about Yerein think about your punishment first"
Kamzan was about to run to wherever Yerein would go however there were five soldiers holding him.He was fidgeting,desperate for a release but he committed an act that went against his oath as a soldier,he protected a terrorist.Officer Nico calmed him and whispered to him"you need to calm down,you will be put in jail for just one night and after that they will release you"
"Yerein needed me officer Nico"
"I know,but with your state right now you can't help Yerein,we need to stick to the plan we need to be careful,you told me that remember?"Kamzan remembered it clearly but he couldn't think straight right now.He knew this would happen but he still pursued this plan.He wished he could go back to the time where they were the one who brought Yerein to the camp,where they were the one who bought her a pair of slipper.
Watching her being dragged out but couldn't do anything was tortured to Kamzan.It was like ripping off his heart and squeezing it many times.
