After officer Nico's warning, the captain still proceeded to Yerein's cell but he didn't inform Malina.
He was not planning to ruin the back of Yerein,Nico was wrong,he would just going to interrogate her but with no punishment.
He just couldn't accept that the officer was the one who reminded him about Yerein's wounds. He knew what to do,he knew when to punish someone. He knew and he could see that the woman's back was not ready yet.
While the captain preparing his questions Yerein decided to speak first
"Can I ask for a prayer clothes?mine was destroyed together with the camp"Yerein was embarrassed to say those words.Though she was embarassed she was still giving a straight tone.What she was asking for was a sacred thing,he shouldn't be heartless not to give it.
Other than officer Nico,the only human who was always on her side was her interrogator.She was more embarrassed to ask officer Nico because he was already her middleman to her best friend.So she had no choice other than the heartless captain.
"I am not sure if you are offering a sincere prayer or you are just maintaining an act" captain Kamzan didn't want to be prejudiced but he didn't like what he felt.He knew it was just pity but even so he still didn't like it.She asked politely for a prayer garment but due to captain Kamzan's havoc in mind he gave him an answer that she didn't deserve.
"Forget it, I don't need to explain everything to you, especially my relationship with my Creator" As expected from the heartless captain,his answer bruised her, but she was used to it.
Hot and cold that's how she described the crazy captain.There were times he was composed but there were times he was wrecked and there he thought that Yerein didn't notice it all,even though his appearance didn't give it all,his action and words said it all.
"Of course ,I am not the only person who could give you that thing,like officer Nico for example" he didn't want to mention it.It didn't need to be mentioned, but since he was already talking about the man he would going to use it to the fullest.
He was the reason for his beast mode,just after she woke up from her death threatening experience,officer Nico was the first one to visit her.Bringing her all the fruits in the world everyday.Captain Kamzan was there too and witnessed all of those cliches, but he was not a romantic interrogator,he didn't do things like that but he couldn't help but be annoyed on the sweet things unfolded around him.
An add-ons to his anger was the event yesterday where their voices reached the soprano note just to prove each other's viewpoint.
Their heated argument was still burning him.He was the reason for his heartless answer.He was the reason for his grumpy mood.He was the reason why he hated more the woman in front of his eyes.
He kept blaming the man ,unconsciously Mr.Shaitan slowly ruling his heart.This shaitan's name was jealousy.
But what he didn't know was it was Fragya who prepared everything for Yerein.But she forgot to prepare new prayer clothes because she assumed that the one she bought was not destroyed.
Yerein looked at the man.She was confused on how on earth the name of officer Nico was being dragged to their conversation about the prayer dress"I know you are fully aware that my best friend visited me sometimes and officer Nico is my only link to her" Captain Kamzan didn't voice out his thoughts. Of course he was aware ,nothing could enter and exit his camp without his knowledge.He was aware of everything except the issue of his own heart.
He noticed Yerein didn't want to explain about her relationship with her Creator but she was fine explaining her relationship with officer Nico.
"Oh yeah and I don't care"just a rare moment of captain Kamzan's childish act.He stood up,preparing himself to leave the cell.No interrogation happened,the issue was not about the case but about the jealous lion.
"We haven't started yet" Yerein was guilty that she ruined the interrogation moment because of her sudden request.
"I forgot I have an urgent matter to do" captain Kamzan was not fond of explaining this and that.He got out from the cell while carrying the shaitan on his back leaving Yerein solving his unpredictable behavior
If he continued to be like this
If he let the jealousy won his heart
And if he would continue to live in the cobweb
He wouldn't find the tranquility and peace of mind
But this man prayed five times a day and
the good thing of praying five times a day it subsided the anger,it softened the stoned-heart.
