He had gone to bed while I watched him and looked outside the balcony

God what did I do

I kept thinking about what had happened if only I had listened to Ace and had gone with him and not have myself brain washed

My shoulders had become slouched almost as if the worlds burden had been sitting on my shoulders

It had gotten late and I locked the balcony and the window with some pad locks and headed downstairs to make some pasta for myself and him

After I was done I washed up and put the food in some bowls and headed back upstairs into his room and he was sitting up

"How you feeling" i ask him

"I'm good, have you been crying" he says tracing his finger along my puffy eyes

"No here eat" I say

"You need to stop crying what ever happens, just happens okay" he says and I nod and he starts eating the food and I begin to get sleepy

"Come on get into bed" he says

"Yeah let me wash up downstairs and lock everything, I'll be up in a bit" I say heading downstairs to clean the dishes and lock the front and back doors and turn all the lights off until I saw a bright light outside the window and I grab my gun and peak out

It's a black van

I cock the gun watching the silhouette inside the car fumble around until he gets out and I sigh of relief

It's just some delivery driver

I put the gun into my pocket and close the blinds and turning off the last light and head upstairs

"Hey babe the lights are all off" I say walking in and I scream

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" I yell seeing Ace on his knees and Elijah holding a gun to his head and I take my gun out and point it at him

"Move and you die" someone says holding a gun behind my head and a tear escapes my eye

"Dad?"

"Really" I say and he grabs the gun and forces me to sit on my legs

"Ah the love birds"

"How the hell did you get in" I say

"Your landlord is easily persuaded" he says polishing his gun and I gulp

"Just let him go, you've done enough haven't you , take me and let him go please I'll do whatever I'll get married to Elijah just please dad stop it" I say and he laughs

"Your no daughter of mine now Lucia, you tarnished the family name you dishonoured us" he says

"Does your reputation and the family name matter more to you than your child who cared for you and watched your back every step of the journey" I say and he chuckles

"Don't worry I'll kill you first so you wont have to watch" Elijah says and I laugh

"Fine kill me, I've nothing left to lose but leave him alone"

"No no, I'm gonna make him watch you die in pain" Elijah says and grabs a knife and points it at my face and cuts my cheek with it, blood rushing down my face and dripping to the floor

He ties my hands behind my back and stands me up

"You know you didn't have to do this, we could have been having a nice dinner and eating lobster enjoying our engagement but no, you just had to run away with this loser" he says

"I love him, and I hate you" I say and he slaps me across the face and cuts the skin on my collar bone and begins to cut the straps on my shirt tracing the knife down my body and stopping at my shorts and Ace begins to shout

"Stop it, LEAVE HER ALONE!" He yells, his voice in pain

Elijah chuckles and turns around

"I would hurt you but you're already in pain and it won't be as fun, it is fun to her though, you watching her get hurt is the best thing as it hurts both of you, just like you hurt me" he says and slaps me again

"That's enough now" my dad says

"He's beating and cutting your daughter up how dare you just watch"

"Finish it" he says and leaves and the tears drop hitting the floor, my blood pooling at my knees

"Whatever" he says grabbing out two guns and shorting ace in the head and I scream, my sobs becoming harder and louder as I cry. Frustration engulfing me as my hands and feet are tied and I try to get to him but I can't move

I can't breathe

I'm in pure shock

"Cry any louder bitch" he says and kneels down

"We could have ruled the world" he says and points the gun at me and I put my head at it and close my eyes and then... emptiness

No noise, no feelings, no pain

Just empty
