"Hey, Chiron." Percy said as they walked in.
"Hello Percy, I hope everything is going well?"
"Everything's fine." Annabeth replied. "We are feeling a bit cooped up, though"
"Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about," Chiron said. "Leo told me that annabeth was getting a bit -uh- aggressive"
Annabeth sighed.
"So I have a mission for the two of you"
"Mission?" Percy asked
"Nothing too big. Just something to let you blow off steam."
Percy and Annabeth leaned forward, interested.
"We found a bunch of demigod auras in a couple of places. And I want you to bring them to camp." Chiron explained "this is not a typical demigod job, but I think it would be better than annabeth stabbing Travis and Connor for a 23rd time."
Annabeth smirked.
"No offense to you, of course," chiron added.
Percy and Annabeth grinned. Bringing newbies home? Amazing.
"So when do we leave?"
"You can set out for mrs. Jackson tomorrow afternoon. I will give you the kids' addresses and other details tomorrow at breakfast.".
Percy and Annabeth nodded enthusiastically.
Finally. Something to look forward to.
