The goal is to study a treasure related to time, the division believes that there is an object related to magical powers that can control time and it is held by a witch. This operation was called Operation Clocktower, The goal is to find a magician who can control time and take it and use it as a weapon against their enemies

In 2004, The Canadian Federation invaded a small country in the Middle East, a country between Oman, Yaman and Saudi Arabia named Saffron Kingdom to control it's oil field. Since the Saudi Arabia is an ally of America, they are asking for help so that Federation troops don't reach their country so that there will be no international incidents, in the end United States intervene the war and end the war

In around 2009, Clover and it's assistant was manage to steal a Time Telling Goddess Hourglass in Jones Family, after he ask to shut down Jack parents plane in around Atlantic Ocean, but failed to kill Jack and retrieve that hourglass because it was been broken after Silver Heart was on there too. Jack was joining Silver Heart as his new student to be a Phantom Thieves
