Reborn as Issei[DxD]

Prologue

" What? "

" You are the 100th Billion person to die on Earth, for that you have the ability to be Reborn in another world/anime world "

A voice called to a Soul that has been wondering around the void for quite a short time now

When the Soul gained sentience, the Soul freak out that he no longer have a body, and he would freak out more, if not for the timely arrival of the Bluer Holographic Screen before him

And before he could answer the screen before him, more words appeared for him to read

" Please, place in the qualifications of world you want to be reincarnated in, and with that the system would then pick a random world for you to reincarnate in.. So please choose the qualifications wisely, for this shall determined your new world "

Hearing this, and seeing that he could place many qualifications of the worlds that he wanted, the Soul just answered obediently

And after he thought properly he then put in the qualifications that he wanted

1: I want to be reincarnated into a world that is all about battle, like a shounen anime really 

2: I want a world that isn't Stupidly Overpowered that many beings could destroy the world/a planet

3: I want to be reincarnated into a world that has an Easy Power System to get stronger in

4: I want a world where Supernatural Abilities isn't common and is actively avoiding the eyes of the general masses

Putting the four qualifications down, he then waited patiently, until new words popped off the screen

" Thank you for the answers that you put in. Now how do you want to be reincarnated? "

Seeing the words, the soul just thought for a moment and then gave it's answer verbally 

" To be reincarnated in the body of the protagonist of the world/anime "

With that the Soul then disappeared from the Void

Main Character POV

Hello~ Nice to meet all of you, my name is Ebony Ivory

I know it's a weird name, but that was the name that my parents gave me

And I'am pretty sure that I'am going to lose that name as well, since well I was currently a baby with a brown haired woman holding me, and an equally browned haired man smiling down at my current baby form

" Dear~? What should we name him? " The Man said to my current Mom?.. Yeah I need to get used to calling her Mom

" Hmm? Well what about.. Hmm~~.. Oh! Issei should be good~ Don't you think Gorou " Gorou hearing my "Mom" say the name that she wants to name me, only nodded and then tenderly patted my head 

" Yes, Issei.. Issei Hyoudou, it is a good name for him " 

With that I received my name, and as of now, I'am Issei Hyoudou, or the new Issei Hyoudou of this world 

.. 

..

But still, what anime world I'am transported in? And Issei Hyoudou? That name doesn't ring a bell

But considering my world of qualifications, then this Issei Hyoudou should be the Protagonist of this world, and seeing that there's Modern Technology in this Hospital Room, and seeing the Qualification that I put in, especially the Shounen aspect

So in this case, Issei Hyoudou would become apart of the wider whole of things, and with the Shounen Aspect he would get a super Overpowered Ability or Equipment, or he has a Super Overpowered Ability with him and just didn't know about it before the start of the story, or his just very talented 

So either way, all of that information and with me knowing of the greatest form of logic in here, known as Anime Logic, then Issei Hyoudou would know of his talent? Or just Ability in his Highschool Days, so about 16 or 18 years 

Well It's both quite long and short time-frame, but the only thing I can do is to prepare and train myself for the upcoming years before the start of canon  

Well considering this type of world, I should be quite strong by the time of my Highschool Days, or that Issei also trained, then I should train to the point that I surpassed Issei

Right, this is my new story, and unlike my other stories, he isn't as scary strong as the others, with him only being at least Large Planet or Star Level at least, and considering that he has the Boosted Gear, making it so that his power's going to fluctuate, since he is boosting his power after all 

Also I don't know the whole Ranking = Power Scaling beat here, but I do know that the Power of a Satan Class can destroy Japan hundreds of times before I tiring out though, so If there are people that knows of the power scaling of the verse, can you just comment on it, and thank you 

Also, since I have quite a bit of other stories, this will take quite a bit longer to update compared to others as well
