In the Household of the Apocalypse, and more Importantly in the Living Room of the whole House, there sat Otto and Kallen looking at each other seriously

Kallen: " We need to bring Bianka to the second step of the Training, she needs to be able to fully awakened both of her Stigmatas and Kaslana Bloodline " Kallen said to her dear husband, who could only nod in agreement with her 

Otto: " True, and this is very Important for her as well, since if those twos progressed were to remained the same, then Bianka wouldn't be able to reached Issei's level of Power and Technique, and that would be bad for both of them " Otto said to his Dearest, who could only agree with him, since in terms of Psychology, the two would experience in a bad state 

Bianka wouldn't doubt herself per se, but more so place Issei in a pedestal that view him as Unreachable and would create a Psychological Block in his Brain that wouldn't allow her to used her Best when the two fight or spar, making it so that Issei would always win in there Battles/Spars even before the fight, since in Bianka's head, she could never be able to reached his Level of Skills and Power, making herself lose unintentionally, since her brain already thought that they would lose

Issei for himself wouldn't become Arrogant, sure he would be confident but not to the point of Arrogant, since it wasn't in his nature, but he would become Lonely, since no one was able to reach him, and because of that he would try to go to other places of the Supernatural to meet other strong foes and to see for himself if he could find a Strong Opponent, which would just drive him in a perpetual state of wanting to Improved and wanting to meet equally great Warriors such himself, and thanks to his Talents and dedication on getting Stronger and Better than the second before, he wouldn't be able to find one, which would brought him to two conclusions in his life, continue to train to the point of death, or just commit suicide for him couldn't find someone to let out his Techniques on 

Of course for the last reason, that wouldn't happen since he has existed as a Soul in the Void for a very long time, making it so that he wouldn't succumbed to something like that, but Otto himself didn't know that, making it so that he couldn't helped but create such an possible outcome  

Because of this, the two wanted to speed up Bianka's training, by awakening her Bloodline and Fully Awakening her Stigmatas, which would gave her a Massive Boost in both Physical and Magical Capabilities 

Which would solved the Issues concerning there Daughter and Issei's Situations quite effectively, since with Bianka's rise in Power, she would hopefully won't developed such a Psychological Blocked in her Mind and would be able to fight Issei in his best as well

But also, give Issei a very powerful Opponent in the future as well, since with a Powerful Existence such as Bianka, even Issei would be more interested in Bianka that way and who knows maybe the two would even tie the knot thanks to there constant fighting 

Kallen: " Hmm, with this agreement, then I would go to Bianka to chat about the Training, so I will be back in a short time " With that Kallen then stood up and then began to walked away to find her daughter  

For Otto however, he would just sigh and then stood up as well and then proceeded to go down to the Training Room as well to meet with Issei to give him a book that he requested

Otto POV

Truly, the new generation is moving far too fast for my taste 

Issei is already an Ultimate Class at His Strongest, while my Baby is already High-Class at her Strongest as well

Which is Incredible, since even for other Supernatural Races they would find there growth to be Abnormal simple because of how fast they have gotten stronger, especially since they are just normal humans, especially Issei who doesn't even have a Supernatural Background, with him realizing the Supernatural by accident when an Fallen Angel and with him also awakening his Sacred Gear [Boosted Gear]
