The reason for this is because Today is the Grand Seirei Tournament  A Tournament that has existed and has been hosted by Japan for the past thousand years with them also showcasing the Zanpakutos 

Because of this Event that has only happened every 10 years, because of this it is very much called by the Humans that just recently entered the Supernatural World as the Super Bowl of The Supernatural World, simple because of how many people actually stays in somewhere and watched the Battles 

And right now, in the 6th Layer of Heaven all Archangels of the Angel Faction are currently in the same Room with them placing many things in said Room, like Popcorn, Drinks, Desserts, Chickens and other Foods that could be found all over the world

" Metatron, is the TV good? While the two are moving about and fixing the room hurriedly before the Tournament Starts, Raphael who is also known as the Wisest of all Angels just looked at the Room and nodded satisfied with the current looked of the Room
