Reborn as Issei[DxD]

Act 2: Chapter: 6

Silence...

That was the thing that dominated the Arena right now..

It was complete silence..

Be it the Arena, The Stands, The Rooms of the various Fighters, The Viewers in various places all over the World..

All of them was no exception in said Silence..

Well for a certain exception though 

Issei: " She has gotten stronger, quite a lot.. It would be good to fight her " Issei said out loud for others to hear, which cause them to looked at him weirdly and also fearfully as well 

' That guy is either far too arrogant for his own good, or he is actually on her level!! '

They all thought, with that Issei then went to somewhere else in the Room, with him getting Impatient for his Eventual battle with Bianka, with him purposely ignoring the hateful/spiteful looks that he was getting from some of his opponents

In the Room for the 8th Round Fighters, they too were all in complete silences, with Touko who watched the entire battle in complete silence and awe of what she witnessed 

Touko: ' She has gotten a lot stronger, then I need to evolved and get stronger as well!! ' She thought excited of her eventual battle with her rival 

The reason for there silence was the complete dominance that Bianka showed to everyone in the Entire World, in not just Power, but also with Technique and Experience, she showcased to the Entire World that she too is one of the Tops, if not the Top of the Skill Hierarchy of Warriors in the Entire World, right next to the Monsters like Scathach and Fu Hua 

And right now, all warriors except for Bianka herself, was all unconscious and formed a mound with the various bodies pilling with one other, with Bianka herself seating herself on a top of this mound of bodies, it was a show of complete arrogance and domination 

Bianka on her power high was completely different from her usual personality, which was something that does close to her noted but didn't bother to bring it up, with that she then stood up from the bodies and then looked all around her, causing the Gods and Viewers to shiver from her gaze, while the fighters just started to fear the possibility of fighting her one on one 

But then her gazed stopped at the 12th Space, causing said Fighters to moved back a bit unconsciously, of course Issei feeling her gaze on to him, just stopped his movements and then moved back to his original position to see and hear what Bianka have to say to him  

Bianka feeling Issei return her gaze, could only let out a please and happy smile 

Bianka: " Issei Hyoudou!! I will defeat you here in this tournament and determined who is the strongest among us!! " Bianka declared to Issei who only let out a soft laugh

Issei: ' So she wants to defeat me? Well considering her power and skills, she now has the potential do it, but the main thing here, is that I don't know what her Ki Ability is, she is obviously in the Ki Level 1, so she has a Ki Ability but what? ' 

That was something that Issei wanted to know badly, since he himself knows it with his own Experience and Knowledge through both Scathach and Ddraig

Ki Abilities are Absolutes in this World, they don't have counters other than other Ki Abilities themselves, it's because of that there very much sought after with many just giving up when they reached Level 0, since they didn't make much progressed from there

Outside of Absolute Geniuses like Issei and Bianka, the Progressed in Ki is extremely Slow, to the point that the progressed would be as slow as a Snail itself in terms of Progressed, but because of there Inherit Advantages and Strengths, many Long Lived Race are still pursuing the Power it could grant the User
