Fleurendice's P.O.V.

I remained silent throughout the whole conversation on my parents and the soon to be King and Queen. I noticed that the Prince-my fiance, is also silent. I looked at him which made me stop my self to gasp when he is already looking at me seriously. My forehead knotted. Does he already knew about this before that I'm his fiancee? Maybe. Because he even asked me earlier if I knew him.

How funny it is that I didn't even know him as my fiance or even the Prince.

Natigil ako sa pag isip at napabaling sa lalaking nasa kabisera na nagpakilalang lawyer ng namayapang hari-na siyang matalik na kaibigan ng aking lolo.

Nakakatawang isipin na kahit ang balitang pagkamatay ng hari ng bansang ito ay hindi ko man lang alam.

That's one hell of a very crazy last will testament. Does that mean only I, have the right and decision to be wed? And if I say no the Prince will be stripped off of his title and privileges as a royalty and be a normal citizen while I'll be filthy rich? Leaving him only one choice but to pursue me for agreeing the marriage. Well, I can suerly assure that I won't cheat in marriage as I believe that is extremely beyond my principle. But, isn't this so unfair on his side? Being the grandson and the prince yet he does not have a power here in this arrangement? I kind of feel bad for him.

I heard the Prince let out a heavy sigh. Naiintindihan ko sapagkat sa aming dalawa, siya ang dehado. Isang hindi ko lang sa kasal ay mawawala sa kanya ang lahat.

"Eren, hija." The Princess, soon to be queen, called my attention.

"I'm sorry for this sudden news, pero sana ay maintindihan mo, hindi ikaw ang may kailangan sa anak ko ngunit ang anak ko ang may kailangan sa iyo." Napatingin ako sa prinsipe na nakatingin parin sa akin bago bumaling muli sa kanyang ina.

"Sana ay bigyan mo siya nang pagkakataon na makilala niyo ang isa't isa bago ang debut mo sa susunod na buwan. Kung ano man ang desisyon mo ay susubukan naming intindihon iyon. Ang pakiusap ko lang sana ay magkaroon kayo ng panahon magkasama at magkakilala pa ng anak ko."

Ayokong ma disappoint ang Prinsesa dahil sa malumanay nitong pagsasalita at pakikipag-usap sakin. She's screaming elegance, but with humbleness and kindness at the same time.

Napalunok ako at napatingin sa paligid. Lahat sila ay nakatingin sakin sa pag asang papayag ako. Ngunit masama naman kung hindi ako papayag diba? Naging maganda naman ang paglapit sakin ng prinsesa at parang napakabigat sa dibdib kung tatanggihan ko ang pakiusap niya.

"Sige po."

Sa dalawang katagang iyon ay parang nabigyan ng pag asa ang mag asawang prinsipe at prinsesa. Napatingin ako sa kanilang anak. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang mga mangyayari pero sana ay sa huli ay maging mabuti ang resulta ng desisyon ko.
