Snow Breathing derives from thunder breathing because it's what zenitsu was training under.
The breath of Snow combat and breathing styles that create the air combine with the flow in the sky to make ice into snowflake that allow to replicate it with the user's movements, techniques, and special abilities. The user must have great flexibility, strength, and quick speed to use this breath style that releases quick but strong cold attacks from their weapon and being surrounded by snow to freeze their enemy.
