Forms: 7

First Form: Forming Hurricane- The user will unleash a single upwards slash to cut the target with the force of a hurricane before spinning around while swinging their blade ripping apart the target.

Second Form: Cyclone - The user dashes at the target in a zig-zag motion unleashing a barrage of slashes to leave deep cuts on the target's sides then decapitate the target with a single slash once close. This technique is typically used against weak opponents as it isn't very effective on demons with high power(typically lower 4 or above tier power). This form can also be used to dash straight forward however if used in this fashion it makes the form weaker as only a single slash can be unleashed.

Fourth Form: Cutting Gale Winds- The user will unleash two slashes to strike the opponent in the stomach and on the neck sending the stomach attack first to hopefully draw the targets attention to their new wound so they can be decapitated easily, however even if this fails the slashes generate gale force winds to slice the target however these winds are not capable of decapitation and are meant to wear down the target.

Fifth Form: Sweeping Storm's Rage- The user grips their sword as tightly as they can often making their hands bleed and puts all their strength into a upwards slash generating extremely fast and powerful winds for about 2 seconds to lift the target off the ground the user then dashes forward and jumps up past the target while slicing their neck decapitating them.

Sixth Form: Twister - The user will unleash many slashes while spinning with each slash kicking up dust and generating immense winds around the user generating a mini twister using wind and dust that impedes the targets vision making their attacks off target, as the target's attacks get closer they are cut up by the mini twister. After the technique ends the user typically dashes at the target and quickly slashes at the target's neck and then jump back trying to take advantage of the target needing time to have vision of the area where this technique was unleashed.

Seventh Form: Eye of the Storm - This is the most powerful technique in Storm breathing. During this form the user gains a perception of time similar to the transparent world without any risk of blindness. The user will dash around the battlefield and strike the target multiple times at an immense pace while the user is seemingly standing still leaving the target in a state where they are being barraged with attacks from all directions without any time to react or any way of figuring out where the user is and where the next attack is coming from leaving the target with two options either to attack where the user can then easily slice off their head or try to guard their head and hope the user runs out of stamina before they do.
