Hey there everyone! I'm Bryn and this story, my friend imababyroachfr and I are co-writing, for the first time. After a lot of chatting, Maryam and I came up with this story idea and spent hours going back and forth on this, so I'd love to do the honors of presenting "Rebuilding Reality" to you all!
Due to the nature of this story, there will be trigger warnings in place. Here are some trigger warnings you can expect:
Abuse. Psychological Trauma. Physical Trauma. Ongoing Mental Health Issues. And the existence of Maryam and I.

MAYA EVANS
Age: 15.
Maya, being sheltered all of her life, is the definition of innocent, but not innocent of the horrors this world carries. She is kind-hearted but reserved, also fears the unknown, but is a people pleaser. She hates her twin brother, and believes she is better off without him.

MASON EVANS
Age 15
Having a headstrong and unbothered personality, Mason comes off as too bold. Wishes he wasn't stuck at home, convinced Maya hates him and is better off without him, but regardless, he's still protective from afar. In all, he is indifferent towards Maya.

MAX EVANS
Age 18
Max is protective of his younger siblings, but not in the typical protective brother way. Max is a brave and determined soul. Leaving home six months ago was one of the hardest things he has done. He wants the best for Mason and Maya, and Max is guilty he cannot be with them anymore. He is currently living his own life.
