62: A Gentleman's Love

If his memory serves him
It's been quite a while now
The times still running wild
But the changes are inevitable ,
He's barely keeping up with the times.

He's quite the old-fashioned guy
His taste are a bit vintage
He's not that liberated or so
But he knows how to choose ,
Between a lady from a woman.

She doesn't have to be that pretty
She doesn't have to have the curbs
As long as she's true to herself
It doesn't matter if she's a bit of a klutz ,
He finds it more appealing though.

And then he found someone
But his circumstances prevent him
She's a bit of a mountain to climb
But he can court her forever ,
For she's worth the wait.

She wants it serious , he needs some time
He needs to build a foundation ; a better life
He's thankful she understand
She deserves to be treated like a princess ,
All the women in the world deserved it.

He knows they can push it through
Their worlds may be different
The adversities may hurdles them
But he will be her knight and shining armor ,
If she's gonna be the damsel in distress.

As uncertain as life may be
He will find a way and be there for her
Mere words and promises are nothing
But a true gentleman just don't respect
and treat well ,
He'll love her faithfully!
