the maze runner
let's get into it
Me and Minho pull Alby out of the maze, everyone circles around us
"Oh my god, you fucking dumbass" Gally wraps his arms around me
"Your head" He looks at it
"I'm fine" I whisper
"What happened in there?" He asks as i kneel down beside Minho, in front of Alby
"I saw a greiver" I say
"Not only did she see it, she fucking killed it" Minho adds
"You killed a greiver?" Gally asks
"Yeah you proud?" I grin
"No! Obviously i'm not fucking proud, Jeff, Clint get Alby into the tent, all of you, come to the council hall" Gally starts to walk away
I run up to him, "Are you mad at me?" I ask
"I'll say what i think, once everyone's in the council hall" He quickens his pace, i sigh as i stop
"Come on buttercup" Minho says passing me, i jog up to him and into the council hall
I sit down, Gally and Newt are standing at the front, while everyone sits down
"We all have to agree, something is wrong here, ever since you got here" Gally points at me
"Gally-" I get cut off
"No Astrid, i know your my sister and all, but Ben and Alby got stung in broad daylight, you killed a griever, went against the rules, multiple times, who knows that that could do to us"
"Gally just hear her out" Newt speaks
"Thank you" I smile at Newt
"Listen i know that you're pissed, but i did you all a fucking favour, the greiver is dead, we can survive a night in the maze, maybe find a way out" I stand up and look at everyone
"Astrid, there isn't just one" Gally replies
"What?" I question
"There's multiple"
"I think we should punish you" Gally says to me, everyone starts to mutter their opinions to eachother
"But i'm your sister?"
"Yeah and you're also the reason everything has went wrong here, and i can't let that happen, but i'm not in charge here, Newt is" Gally looks at Newt
"So what do you say?"
"I don't know" Newt mutters
"She's lucky i'm not throwing her in the maze overnight for the stunt she pulled, no one goes in the maze, that's a clear violation of the rules, which she has broke, multiple times" Gally repeats walking towards me
