Chapter two
the scorch trials

let's get into it

As soon as i wake up, i notice i'm tied to a bed, my arms are strapped and so are my legs, i try to break free, that's when a curtain is pulled, revealing Dr. Crawford

"Untie these, now!" I demand

"Can't do that" She says and grabs a needle

"Don't you dare touch me!" I yell as she moves closer to me with it

"SOMEONE HELP!" I shout and she injects it

Making me scream

I notice a black spot forming on my arm

"What, what is that?" I ask worried

"Just a little test" She says and injects me with something else

The black spot disappears

"Okay, Dr, Flores" Dr. Crawford calls out

A man comes over to me

"Leave us" He snaps at the other doctor

Shit bro

"What are you doing to me?!" I lean forward in his face, he closes the curtains

"Now Astrid, we just saved your life, but i could inject you with this again, this time letting you die" He whispers the last couple of words

I stay silent

"See that's better, your annoying voice isn't going through my head" He smiles before turning his back to me, once he turns back around, i see he had a scalpel in his hands

He holds stomach down as he brings it closer to me

"No!" I yell

"Don't you dare hurt me!"

"And the voice is back" He groans before pulling away, he grabs a piece of tissue

And stuffs it in my mouth, so my muffled screams can't be heard

I start moving about, but he tightens the straps and holds me down again

I scream before the scalpel meets my skin, cutting, blood pours out

I wake up once again, this time to people shouting, i try to move but i can't, and the tissue is still stuffed in my mouth, preventing me from screaming

The curtain is pulled back, revealing Dr. Flores again

I glare at him before he smiles, removing the tissue from my mouth

"You fucking dick!" I shout at him

"Now now Astrid, shut up" His face drops as he narrows his eyes at me
