"Do you wanna die? Go hang yourself." a familiar voice roared. I open my eyes and saw him. I also saw my zufu's men running towards me and andrenaline rush gives me the signal to hop in his car.
"I swear to do whatever you want but for now spare my life." I said but he just look at me like I'm a crazy bitch. I look back and they are meters away.
"I don't fucking care." he said so I immediately sit on his lap and maneuvered his car away from those men.
"Fuck what are you doing?" he said while holding my waist but I didn't care. I focused on the road at ramdam kong magalaw siya.
"Can you keep still Mr. Monteverde." singhal ko. I'm losing my focus because he keep on moving.
"The audacity Morales." he fired back. I can also feel something poking my butt. Is that normal?
"Something is poking me." I said and I heard him groan. "Am I that heavy?" I asked once more but I immediatedely stamp on the preno when a van immediately popped in front of us.
"Fuck." mura niya at nagulat ako ng mahawakan niya ang dibdib ko.
"Ahhhhhhh." sigaw ko hinampas ang kamay niya. Biglang may bumaba sa van at tinutukan kami ng baril. I stepped on the gas again and maneuvered the car backwards. Bigla ko din siyang kinabig pakaliwa dahil may nakasunod din sa likod.
"What the fuck." rinig kong mura ni Zae but he can't do anything. Ano pa bang magagawa niya kung hindi ang magmura.
"Move to the shotgun, Monteverde." I demanded him.
"And how is that?" galit niyang tanong. Napatingin ako sa side mirror and I saw how he was controlling his anger. Nakita ko din na may sumusunod pa rin sa'min.
"Just bear with it for a little longer." yun lang ang nasabi ko. I heard his curses but I shouldn't be scared for the mean time because we might ended up dead.
Mabilis ang pagliko-liko ko sa mga kalsada para iligaw ang mga humahabol sa'min. I'm so familiar of the road naman so it wasn't hard for me to find the exit. I stopped when I saw no one following us.
"Lumipat ka na sa shot gun." mahinang sabi ko pero hinawakan niya ng mahigpit ang bewang ko at binuhat niya ako papunta sa shot gun. He sigh so I just bow my head cause I can feel that he's furious and any time soon he will kill me.
He started maneuvering the car again kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. He was tilting his head from left to right kaya naman napalunok ako.
Heather naman kasi, ginagalit mo.
"What just happened?" kalamadong tanong niya. I know deep inside of him, he want to skin me alive.
"Umm, kasi..."
"Talk slowly without stuttering if you still want to live." napalunok naman ako. My heart was beating so fast. I swallow the lump in my throat before speaking.
"They want to kidnap me." I said and breathe.
"And should I believe that?" he asked without looking at me.
"Bahala ka kung ayaw mong maniwala." I said and shrugs. Bigla naman siyang napapreno dahilan para mauntog ang ulo ko sa dash board. "What the hell?" singhal ko sa kanya but he just look at me dangerously.
"Okay fine, you saved my life and I'm grateful for that. But it wasn't my intention. It just happened like that." mataas ang tono na sabi ko. Tinaasan ba naman ako ng kilay.
"You have mentioned a while ago that you'll do whatever I want?" mabilis naman akong umiling.
"May sinabi ba ako?" I said with my wide eyes. Lumapit naman siya sa'kin at halos isang dangkal na lang ang pagitan ng mukha namin. I saw him smirk.
