After Izuku saw that he was getting cheated on and that his classmates know about it. After he see this betrayal he no longer wanted to be a hero where he saw what his classmates did to him. Once everything has settled down Izuku no longer wanted to be a hero as he personally asked Nezu to give Shinso his seat due to seeing how future heros are gonna be especially his sister since she is in on it. As every staff hears this they are shock to hear it as they asked him many times as Izuku told them that he doesn't want to be around those who are going to keep things from him as he turns to both Hisashi and Inko as they already know where he's going and already accepted and starts making preparations for his arrival.
