Chapter 8 : supernova

Jayz and Altua stood their ground, ready to begin their fight at any moment, a small creek can be heard from behind Jayz

"Hey, what with all of this yelling?"

It was Nico, who looked through the door to see why Jayz was yelling so much, but after she saw altua in front of Jayz, she immediately closed the door shut.

"Ohohohoh... that's the girl I'm looking for!" Altua said in a husky voice, barely audible from all of the kelp covering his face

"Why don't we make a deal... you give me the girl, and I'll let your live continue! Doesn't that sound like great deal!" He said as he started chuckling maniacally, his enormous sharp teeth showing

"If you think me losing is even a chance, you must've hit a mine while coming from the bottom of the ocean!" Jayz said smudgily as he raised one of his katana's at Altua

"Let's see what you got!"

Jayz yelled again, with excitement in his voice as he rushed at Altua with his katanas

Atlua's hands went from a slimy grotesque hand to a whip, that he used to try and hit Jayz

His first whip hit missed, as Jayz slipped out of it with a slide, and before altua could hit Jayz again, he already was in swinging range of his katana

And as Altua was about to lose his head...

Jayz yelled in pain as he missed

His injuries from fighting archane have still not fully healed, which made his hand buffer and miss Altua

Altua smirked as he noticed what had happened, and brutally whipped Jayz face, giving him a huge mark on it and making him fall to the ground

Jayz body landed hard on the floor, as he grabbed his face that was burning from the hit

He dropped both of his katanas that landed perfectly right next to Altua, that picked them up

"Ohhh... how thematic!" Altua said, showing his manic sharp teeth again

"The lighting swordsman Jayz... shall die to his own sword... I'll make sure to tell Perun about your death after I'm done..."

Jayz started to back away on the floor, his face burning from the hit still, and his body more exhausted then ever from the back to back attacks

Altua slowly picks up one of Jayz katanas and is ready to swing it, ending Jayz life

...but it falls once again...

As Jasmine has came from behind and punched Altua as hard as she can on the the head and then grabs his head and throws him behind her

"This insect dies to me! And no one else!" She yelled back Altua as she threw him

As Jayz looked her in the eyes, with the giant whip mark on his face, she simply scoffed and said

"Get up moron and get your tooth picks, I'm not gonna save you every time!" She said determined,  as she looked back at Altua, who just started maniacally laughing

"Ohohoh!! 2 vs 1? This is certainly getting quite interesting! Don't you two think?" With his giant sharp smile he exclaimed

Jayz tried getting up, but his wounds weren't allowing him to do so

"...shit..." he said under his nose, as he fell on his face as he tried to get up

Quickly Jasmine helped him get up and held him by his shoulder

"Cmon, we need to protect Nico, that's our job"

Meanwhile, Nico was having a panic attack as Eron tried to calm her down
