The Intro

Chapter 1

Dallas, TX

"Mama, why we gotta move?" Jordan asked his mother.

They were packing up their room along with everyone else or so she thought.

"Well because grandpa got another job and we live here so we gotta move too." She said as she finished packing.

"Is everybody else coming too?" He asked.

"If they live here then yes." She said as she kept packing.

"So Aunt Michelle, Aunt Solo, Aunt Kelly and Joey and grandma and-"

"Jordan, are you gonna help pack up this room or not because if you're not go play with Joey." She said looking at him.

He sat there and thought then left out the room to find Joey, his cousin. His mother laughed and went back to packing.

"Hey Bey, you almost done?" Kelly asked as she walked in.

"Yeah but Jordan wasn't no help so I sent him away." She said.

"I did the same with Joey. I don't know where they are now." She said.

"Probably with daddy." Bey said as she packed up some stuff.

"Y'all almost done?" Solange and Michelle asked when they came in.

"Am I the only one not finished?" Bey asked.

"Pretty much." They all said laughing.

"Well I have a four year old that kept asking questions." She said.

"I have a three year old, so." Kelly said.

"Well you sent him to daddy so you could pack so I'm still right." Bey said laughing.

"Y'all, I don't want to move. What about my friends?" Solange said pouting.

"You'll make new ones." Michelle said.

"It still sucks though." She said.

"What did Andre say when you told him we were moving to Houston." Kelly asked.

Bey started smiling.

"He's happy we're moving closer to him so he can see Jordan more and me." She said.

All of a sudden they heard a rumble and in came Jordan and Joey.

"What did I tell you about running?" Bey said to Jordan.

"Sorry but grandma said dinner ready." He said as Joey stood behind him.

"What about you Joey?" Kelly asked.
