I sat in detention with the rest of the class.

Tyler was glaring at me, while I tried not to laugh out.

There were people who were glaring at Cole and James, since because of the two everyone was in detention.

Bethany sat next to me, as Jessica sat infront of us.

We were talking about the winter prom. These two were going to shop tomorrow for their dress, while all I had to do was ask mom.

In case, you've forgotten, my mom is a fashion designer.

Just at the moment, the cute English teacher entered the class.

He had a paper in his hand.

"Jessica Jules, Bethany Jules and Alexandra Black are selected from the students council, who are going to arrange everything for the winter prom." He said, before giving us all the information.

He left the class.

"Wait a minute, I didn't even volunteer for this shit."

"I gave our names. Besides, we don't have to do it alone. We need to select students as well."

"Like, supervise this whole thing?"

"Yup."

"So, can we smuggle alcohol in the party?"

"No."

"Can we have a dress theme or anything?"

"No."

"What the hell? That is so not fun."

"At least we can skip the detention."

"Great."

I looked around, trying to choose people.

"Ryder and Chase, help us with the decorations, will you?" I asked them, who were sitting not very far from us.

"Sure. We'll help." Ryder said, packing his books already.

"Hey. So they get to skip detention, even if it was Ryder's fault? What about us?" Antony asked, who was sitting behind me with James.

"You know what? All our friends can come." Jessica said, turning to look at me.

"What about me?" Tyler asked, for once not glaring at me.

"You're our friend too." Bethany said, smiling.

Tyler winked at her, as she blushed.

I rolled my eyes.

I went ahead, and asked the teacher for permission, and she agreed.

"Let's go." I said, as all my friends came out of thier seats and in a second, out of the class.

I went out of the class as well.

"Okay. So all the boys, get to the store room and bring all the things needed in the gym. Get it?" Bethany instructed, as all the boys went away.

I, Jessica and Bethany went to the gym  area.

Getting inside, I noticed a lot of work had to be done.

Bethany and Jessica started removing all the equipments away from the centre while I just stood there.

"Well, are you going to help or just stand and look pretty?" Jessica asked me, after a while.
