“I did a terrible mistake by doubting her, I know but now I don’t know how to ask her about that night. Only she knew the truth but I think she might not be comfortable telling me the truth” Maier told everything to Sabeen so that she could talk to Anabia but she lightly brushed it

“She is my friend, I know her better than you. If she has to tell me anything she would have told me the real reason behind your marriage” she taunted, “She would never share her marital problems with me”

“Did she ever mention to you about Zawar?” he chose to ignore

Sabeen remembered that at her reception she was talking about Zawar, “At your reception she wanted to tell me something but then Salaar came and …” Maier interrupted her

“Ok leave it, how do you know Salaar? I want to know the truth” Before Sabeen could answer Salaar and Anabia came there

“Bhai why are you stuck at the same point?” Salaar was a bit annoyed while Sabeen couldn’t hold back her smile now

“I told you to take your Bhabhi home”

“Umm I asked Salaar Bhai to stay here for the night” Anabia answered instead and Sabeen’s smile faded while it enlightened Salaar

“B-but I am staying here” Sabeen weakly protested

“I know but Salaar Bhai can take better care of Abi. I hope it’s fine?” She now addressed to Maier. He looked around the trio and it took him a moment to know that they all are hiding something but not arguing he just agreed

“Can I have a moment with Bia” Sabeen expectantly asked Maier. Nodding his head he and Salaar left from there

“I’ll go and meet the doctor” Salaar just escaped from Maier else he may start his investigation again

As soon Maier and Salaar were out of sight Anabi who was controlling herself broke down, “Bia” Sabeen hugged her, “Sshh Bia everything is going to be fine”

“I’m tired Sabeen.. Am I this worthless that I can’t even get solace when I feel lonely?” Sabeen didn’t get anything what she was talking

“I need you Sabeen .. I need my friend” she was just crying

“Bia what …” Sabeen stopped as her eyes fell on Maier who came to take Anabia with him

“I can’t do this anymore. What was my fault? He himself forced this marriage but I swear I accepted this marriage with all my heart” Maier motioned her to ask Anabia about Zawar

“Umm Bia you were telling me about Zawar that day wha …” Her expressions changed all of sudden as fury overtook her

“Don’t take his name. All this is happening because of him. He is responsible for this condition of Abi”

“What do you mean?” Anabia told her about the call she received today and then what Taimoor Ali told her about the unknown call

Sabeen looked over Maier, “Maier knows about it?”

“No, but I’ll tell him” Anabia was having her back to Maier that is why she was unable to see him

“Why would Zawar do this?” Sabeen couldn’t understand

“He .. he tried to molest me” Anabia don’t want to think about that night. She closed her eyes painfully. She narrated everything; his evil doing, her escape from there

“I so wanted you beside me that time if it was not for Maier I would not be able to do it” Maier’s blood boiled. She suffered so much and that too alone
