Behind the Pages

Now, I love looking at behind the scenes things for movies, so I thought why not show you all the notes I made and worked on throughout the story. I copied and pasted my Rogue Queen notes from their original unpublished part in another unpublished book, so not everything will be correct since I'm too lazy to go through and remember what ended up happening to update it.

I'll leave little notes like a map's key aligned to the right on how to find your way through my thought process under each new section, which is always centered.

SCENTS

Things like "he/she/they smelled like" are sometimes used, I didn't want to have to comb back through chapters to find what scent I assigned to characters to. I gave Rei and Raiden a similar sort of scent being twins and tried to make everyone smell different without any repeats except for the intended one for some siblings.

Kia: Perfume and freshly mown grass
Clove: Clove and strawberries
Killian: Mint and strawberries
Zaine: The ocean and watermelon
Thatcher: Sandalwood and pine

MUSIC

I planned to use a lot of songs throughout the book. Most I never did use. I found songs I thought could be incorporated into the book through certain events. The reason to use the song is how I came up with a basic storyline. I focused on songs to use before the actual storyline was formed.
