💀Light POV 💀
Surprisingly, I found a decent channel on the hospital tv and watched the show with (y/n). After awhile, I heard her yawn.
"Aww are you getting sleepy?" I teased in a baby voice.
"No, shut up" she said, yawning at the end of her sentence.
I brushed my hand threw her hair,
"It's okay, get some rest".
"No... I don't want you to leave.. yet.." Her words faded slowly as she was falling asleep.
"(Y/n)-"
"Stay, a little longer..." she cut me off.
"I'm not going anywhere, why do you think I'm wearing this big jacket? I planned to spend the night with you." I reassured her.
She only smiled and brought my hand to her cheek.
"You're warm." She said, half-sleep.
"You're weird, go to sleep."
Not long after I said that, she was out.
I sighed. "I'm so sorry, (y/n). I shouldn't have left you alone, I should've been there to protect you. If only I was there with you.. you wouldn't be here in some hospital bed."
I rested my head on the side of her bed while my body sat in the chair.
"I'm sorry, it's all my fault. It should've been me, here with you, instead of Matsuda.... It pains me to see you hurt like this."
I paused for a moment.
"I love you so much, (y/n)."
Suddenly I felt a hand on my head. (Y/n) gently played with my hair.
She mumbled,"You're not responsible for any of this, so please don't blame yourself. I love you too."
Her words comforted me.
"I thought you were sleep." I said, lifting up my head.
"How could I with all your ranting?" She smirked.
"Tch whatever."
She giggled and held my hand.
"Now go to bed, Mr.Imagay" She teased.
"Don't call me that!"
She laughed, "You know it's funny."
I glared at her.
"Okay okay, I'll stop."
"Yeah you better."
"Or what?"
"Or I'll have to... punish you." I smirked.
She immediately shut up and turned over.
"I-... shut the hell up and go to bed."
Though I couldn't see her face, I could tell her face was flustered. I laughed and got ready for bed.
