Love Me Like You Do

Do you know who knows what?

Wednesday morning during Haldi ceremony at Raizada house, Subhadra Malik met Garima Gupta and all hell broke loose.

"How dare you enter my house!" Dadi screamed.

Garima was looking scared. She had no idea her past would come out like this. She had no idea why Subhadra Malik was at Raizada house.

The whole party turned to Dadi to ask her why she was rebuking the brides' mother.

"Subhadra, e ka hai. Kaahe chilla rahi hai Garima pe?" Nani asked. (Translation: Subhadra, why are you shouting at Garima?)

"Ye aurat. Devyani iski wajah se... she is the reason our children took their lives." ((Translation: Devyani, because of her...)

The thaal in Anjali's hands fell on hearing this. "Ye aap kya keh rahi hain Dadi." (Translation: What are you saying Dadi?)

"Humein... humein maaf kar dijiye." Amma was saying. (Translation: Please forgive me.)

"Yehi wo dusri aurat hai, jiski wajah se aap aur Arnav anaath ho gaye." (Translation: She is the other woman because of who Anjali and Arnav became orphaned.)

Everyone was stunned to hear this.

"Amma... Amma keh do ki ye jhut hai." Khushi was begging her. Aranv's past was everything holding him back. She looked around. Arnav was nowhere to be seen. (Translation: Amma, please say it's not true.)

"Hum nahi jaante thhey.... ki wo shaadishuda hain..." Amma was crying onto Khushi's shoulder. (Translation: I didn't know... I was not aware of his marital status.)

Payal came to them. "I believe you, Amma. I believe you."

"Hum ye rishta abhi todte hai. Akash ka faisla hum nahi le sakte par Arnav aur Khushi ke shaadi nahi hogi." Dadi announced. (Translation: I am breaking this alliance. I cant take decisions for Akash, but Arnav will not marry Khushi)

"Where is Bhai?" Akash asked. No one could see him. No one could find him.

They searched the house and everyone was tired of the complications. Even when Nani explained to Dadi that Khushi was an orphan who Garima and Sashi had adopted, Dadi didn't change her decision.

Everyone was waiting for Arnav when Khushi got up. "Ye shaadi hogi." (Translation: This wedding will happen.)

"Tum chup raho. Dekha nahi humara pota tumhe chor ke ja chuka hai. Tum bhi niklo yaha se." (Translation: You stay silent. Haven't you seen my grandson leave you here alone. You also get going.)

"Khushiji nahi..." Nk stopped her. 

"Nanheji, I'm not leaving, I'm just going to get my- fiance back." She went to her belongings and took out her purse. She then checked her purse.

"Khushiji I'll come with you."

"Akashji..." Payal requested. "Abhi kaha dhundenge...?" (Translation: Where will you go?)

Akash looked at her and smiled.

"Oh." Payal realised. She nodded.

When Akash and Khushi pulled up to Arnav's apartment, Akash stayed in the car.

Khushi got in to see Arnav lying on the bed. He was just staring steadily onto the moving fan. "Arnavji"

"Khushi", his voice was pained.

She went to him and held him.

He cuddled on her lap. "Why does the past always haunt me Khushi?"
