One day
I realised
That I was capable of chaos

That day
I watched in third person
As I
Built a blueprint
of scarring destruction
With a content smile.
And I was terrified

I was terrified of myself
And it took me a while
To relearn how to craft a genuine smile.

Today
I have realised
That even genuineness
Can't always save you from yourself
Or chaos and its pain.
