Shah Zain's POV (Edited)

"Yeah, I'll be reaching company in half an hour. Till then keep them occupied."

I ordered my P.A. She replied affirmatively and that was my que to hang up. I wore my grey coat and grabbed my wallet and phone from the charging. I looked myself one last time in the full length mirror. Today's meeting is very important. The Malik's are very important clients and I need them to sign the partnership with us. It will be beneficial for our company to get along with them.

Their presence with us will be a major set point in flourishing our company to new levels. I descended downstairs and walk my way to the dining area. The dining area was quiet. No one was present there. I checked the time and it was sharp nine.

Everyone was present at the table at this time usually. Where in the world is everyone? I was about to question the maid passing by when dado came into my view. I greeted her the first thing

"Asalamualikum, dado."

She passed me a welcoming smile and replied back

"Waliakum asalam, chanda. Khush raho."

I smiled lightly and then asked her

"Where is everyone, dado? Usually everyone is present at the breakfast table."

Dado sighed and answered

"Beta, you don't know yet?"

I was confused. What is dado saying? What I did not know? My confused face was pretty much obvious and I questioned dado

"What did I not know, dado?"

She sighed and informed me

"Beta, Kinza is coming back from London."

Wow! That's something new. Kinza is Salar's little sister. She got a scholarship to London and went there to pursue her higher studies. She was a business major and went London to complete her degree. It was a four year course and I couldn't even imagine that how fast the time passes. I smiled and said not believing how fast the time passed

"Four years passed already. Time sure is flying."

Dado chuckled and nodded her head. She sat down on the head chair and I sat adjacent to her. She ordered the maid

"Zubaida, please call everyone on the table."

Zubaida appa nodded her head and left the place probably to call everyone. Dado began

"I still remember the day when Kinza boarded the plane. She was happy yet upset to leave all her family here. She was getting paranoid that she will be all alone in a new country, in a new place with loads of different people. She kept panicking and I remembered how Yusra tried to explain her that it was her dream to pursue her studies there and only then she agreed."

I laughed remembering that. Kinza was always like that. She dreamed big but when it was time for her to achieve her dream, she started to panic. She felt like something bad would happen. Dado always tell us that we don't know our future.

No one knows. But that doesn't mean that we should waste our present in tension of what will happen in the future. In all that, we not only discarded today's happiness, we also discarded the upcoming happiness that will come in the future. If our present is good than our future will also be beneficial for us.

Present influence future. Soon, everyone crowded in the dining area. Baba and Chachu greeted dado and took their respective seats on the table. Mama sighed and stated
