Hours later........
It was the last period jj held Ella in his arms getting his stuff for the last class when Ella walked up with river
"Hey jj" Hannah said
"Hey Hannah" jj says "I'm guessing this is river?"
"Yes it is" Hannah said "say hi riv"
River was shy so he waved
"Ella this is river" jj said
"Hi river" ella says sweetly
"Hi" river said
Jj put ella down gently Hannah did the same with river
"So you still wanna take these to the park later?" Hannah ask
"Yes ella loves the park we don't go very often" jj said "I gotta go by my place before hand and I'll meet you there around 3?"
"Sounds great!" Hannah said
"Great" jj said
The bell rang
"See you at three" Hannah said picking river up
"See you then" jj said getting his backpack and picking Ella up
Jj walked into his last class that he had kie was in his last class
Jj sat in the back and kept Ella on his lap
"Bubba phone?" Ella asked
"Sorry baby but it's dead" jj said
"Oh" Ella said sadly
"Does she wanna play on mine?" Kie asked
"Pwease?" Ella asked
"Yes thanks kie" jj said getting the phone from kie and giving it to Ella
"Thank you kie!" Ella said
"Your welcome" kie said
Ella ended up falling asleep so jj gave back kie her phone and kept his arms around Ella to keep her from falling
School ended and jj went back to the chatchue
"Ella were gonna go to the park" jj said
"Really yay!" Ella said jumping up and down
"Alright imma pack you a snack and juice and we will go
"Okay" Ella said
Jj packed a few snacks and juice for Ella and they left to the park
They got to the park and jj saw Ella
"Look Ella it's river" jj said putting Ella down
"River!" Ella yelled running to river
"Hey" Hannah said
"Hey what's up" jj said
"They seem to like each other" Hannah said
"Yes they do I'm glad Ella actually has a friend her age" jj said "all her other friends are old enough to be there aunt and uncles"
Hannah chuckled "I'm glad river does to as of right now he only has his uncle"
Jj and Hannah talked for hours while the kids played
It was around 5:30 and everything was fine up until jj heard a little girl crying
Jj looked over and saw it was Ella jj went over to her and picked her up
"Hey hey what's wrong?" Jj said
"I f-fell" Ella said sobbing
"Okay what hurts?" Jj asked sitting on a bench with her on his lap
"My f-foot" Ella said
Jj went to move the foot a little and Ella winced in pain and cried harder
"Okay I'm gonna put you down to stand but if it hurts just lift your leg up and I'll pick you up again okay?" jj said Ella nodded
Jj set Ella down gently onto her feet but she started crying again and lifted her foot up
Jj picked her up and walked up to Hannah
"I'm gonna take her back I think she's twisted her ankle" jj explained
"Aww poor thing ok it was time for us to go anyway" Hannah said "see you later"
"See yeah" jj said walking away
Jj walked home they was pretty far from the chatchue Ella was crying so much she ended up crying herself to sleep
They got home jj had to wake Ella up so she could sit up while jj attended to her foot
Jj sat ella on the bathroom counter "stay right here okay?" Jj said
"Okay" ella said emotional but tired
Jj went and got some ice and put it in a bag and walked back into the bathroom
"Keep this on your foot it's gonna make it feel better" jj says
Jj put the ice on her ankle let it sit there while he got the first-aid kit
Jj opeand the first-aid kit and got the bandeges
Jj let the ice sit for second longer took it off and wrapped her foot when he finished wrapping her foot he put the ice back on while he put the first-aid kit back
Jj took the ice off and picked her up bringing her to the living room putting a pillow under her leg
Jj turned a cartoon on for her to watch
"Bubba I'm hungry" Ella said
"want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich princess?" Jj asked
"Yes pwease!" Ella said
Jj went to the kitchen to make her sandwich John b had walked in
"Hey Ellie" John b said looking over at her but it took him a second to realize her foot was wrapped he walked into the kitchen where jj was making her food
"What happend to her foot?" John b asked
"She fell and twisted it" jj said "we went to the park to meet Hannah and her little brother river they played for hours but then she fell and hurt herself"
"Poor thing" john b said
"Can you get her something to drink while I finish making her sandwich" jj asked
"Sure" john b said getting a cup and pouring juice into it giving it to jj
"Thank you" jj said getting the sand witch and juice and bringing it over to her
"Here princess" jj handed her her food and drink
"Thank u bubba" Ella said
Ella ate jj took her plate and washed it and joined her on the couch watching cartoons
Ella leaned against jj and fell asleep
Jj turned off the tv layed her down while he changed came back out and picked Ella up being carful of her foot and layed in bed with her
Ella squirmed around for a bit jj rubbed her back until she calmed down and shortly after jj fell asleep
