I woke up on the couch in mine and Caitlin's apartment and I saw a big belly burger bag on the table

I have been ignoring everyone including Caitlin

Nora has been coming to see me to make sure I ate

Sometimes Caitlin would make sure I slept

My hair was messy and there were a lot of empty alcohol bottles even though I can't get drunk I needed something strong

Then I heard the front door open

Alex. I heard Caitlin's voice and I didn't talk

Alex. She said and walked in the living room and saw me

Get up. She said

I'm good. I said and I grabbed a bottle of vodka from next to me

Then the bottle was shot out of my hand with ice

Oh great, she's back. I said

Look, Alex I get that you are going through something, but your brother just took his daughter back to the future, and my dad is back. Frost said

I just looked at her and she turned back into Caitlin

You obviously don't care. Caitlin said and walked out

I just got out of the shower and now I am going downstairs in my clothes I just changed into

When I got downstairs I got shot in the side with ice and I passed out

I woke up to someone slapping my cheek softly

I groaned and I opened my eyes

Alex. Caitlin said

Caitlin. I said and she helped me sit down and I had meta cuffs on

Why did Thomas kidnap your husband? I heard Caitlin's mom ask

Probably because he wants to add him to our snow Pack. Caitlin said

What's happening? I asked

My dad attacked you and brought you here, he wants to turn you into something like him, a Icicle. Caitlin said

Well, that definitely won't be happening. I said and I stood up

Can you sit back down, you have frostbite on your chest. Caitlin said and she lifted my shirt and saw that my chest was blue and red and she touched it a little

Can you stop, I am fine. I said and I moved her hands

And my shirt fell back down

What is your problem? These last few months I have been taking care of you, you could at least consider that I know what your going through. Caitlin said

Do you? How could you possibly know what I'm going through, my brother sees me as a killer and so does everyone else. I said

You tried to kill Cicada. Caitlin said

Whatever Caitlin. I said and I sat back down

Caitlin and her mom were talking when Icicle walked in the room

We all stood up

Stay away from them. Caitlin's mom said

I'll come back for them later. First, we have some catching up to do. Icicle said

What? Caitlin's mom asked

Then Icicle Started pulling Caitlin's mom out the room

No! Caitlin yelled and Icicle shot her with ice and she hit the shelves and fell to the ground

I ran over to her

She sat up and her hands were a block of ice

When Caitlin broke the cuffs she froze my cuffs and broke them off

Just now Frost shot icicle with ice

I sped over and stood next to Caitlin

How did you two get out? Icicle asked

Me? I just raised my hands. You were the one who froze my cuffs so they shattered like glass. I just did the same to Alex. Frost said

Clever, Caitlin. I'm almost gonna miss her when she's dead. Icicle said then he broke the lever on the controls so that we couldn't stop the device from turning Caitlin's mom like him

No turning back now. Time to make a choice. You either save her... Or fight me. Icicle said and flew out the building

Then Barry showed up

Save her. Frost said

I'm coming to stop him with you. I said

How? She asked

A new trick. I said and she flew out the building

My body went up in flames and I flew out the cave

I chased Icicle for a second then I knew Frost could get him so I flew back to the cave

I landed

Good timing, I need you to use your heat and get Carla out of the Cryo-chamber. Barry said

Okay. I said

I walked over and I grabbed the handle but I hurt when I touched it

I pulled my hand away

What is it? Barry asked

It hurts, but I can do it. I said and I grabbed the handle again and I groaned

I phased in the Cryo-chamber and grabbed Carla and I phased out

Barry took Carla out of my arms

The new cicada killed Caitlin's dad who actually turned normal again

Right now Caitlin is looking at my arm because Cicada cut my arm we are at Star labs

Dark matter didn't get into the cut so you will be fine. Caitlin said as she wrapped up my arm

Cait, I'm sorry about what happened to your dad. I said

I'll be fine, I'm gonna stay with my mom tonight, I'll see you tomorrow. She said and she kissed my cheek

Okay, be safe. I said and she left

I fixed my shirt and I left the med room

I saw Barry, Iris, Joe, and Wells

I grabbed my coat off the chair and put it on

Is there any dark matter in the cut? Barry asked

No. Caitlin is gonna stay with her mom tonight, so i have to get home. I said

Alex, you can come back on the team if you want, we could use the help. Barry said

Thanks but I'm good, I haven't been the best husband lately, so I need to fix the relationship with my wife before I do anything else, but if you need me, I'm here. I said and I walked out
