Chapter 9

Niall POV

Not gonna lie I haven't been in a graduation ceremony before and I never been too mine because I left school when I was 16 because I wanted to apply for X Factor. When I applied I haven't back to school and I didn't have my own graduation so this feels new to me. Megan and Emily went backstage while I went to find my seat. I sat beside a boy who was all alone. He saw me and smiled.

"Hi my name is Sam and you must be Niall right?" Sam asked me and I nodded

"Yeah, how do you know?" I asked him

"Well, I know you because my girlfriend is a fan of you but I don't see you come here so often. Why are you here today if you don't mind me asking?" he asked

"Oh, I'm here for Emily and Megan" I told him

"Oh ok. Which one are you dating? Because I could tell you like when of them but you don't have to guts to tell them" he said and I stared at him

"Are you like a wizard or physics to know everything about me?" I asked him and he chuckled

"No, I could tell you hangout these girls a lot. I know those two girls because we were in classes together and I could see you sometimes waiting for them when they finish. Usually, you're a busy person but you still manage to hangout with them" he said

"Yes, I am a busy person and I do like one of them" I told him

"Who?" he asked

I just looked at him to see if I could tell him or not.

"You could tell me. I promise I won't tweet it out or anything" he chuckled

"I like Emily but I don't know if she would reject me. I asked some girls out before but all of the time I would get rejected and I don't want that happen again" I told him

It's true I have been asking a few girls recently if it's at a pub or at a concert or something. But whenever I asked them to go out with me they will reject me. I haven't had a real girlfriend in a long time. The real girlfriend I had was in high school before I auditioned for X Factor and then after I haven't had a proper relationship. It's either a fake relationship or PR stunt relationship that I didn't like.

"I know you like her and I know she likes you because she's a fan. But you guys were hanging out recently when you met her. I guess over the months you guys hanging out I feel like she likes you more than a fan and a friend. I say go for it and ask her out. I did that to my girlfriend and we have been dating for 2 years and she isn't tired of me yet which is a good thing. I just got for it and see what happens" he said

"Thanks for the great advice mate. I'm glad your girlfriend has you. What's her name?" I asked him and he smiled

"Emma" he said

"Is she graduating too?" I asked him

"Yeah, I graduated last year" he said and I nodded

The ceremony has started and when they called the people who are graduating we stood up. When they called Megan's name I clapped for her and she saw me. She playfully winked at me and I chuckled. Emily was up next and I know she was looking for me but she couldn't find me. I waved at her and she saw me. I couldn't help to take a pic of both of them on my phone with their diploma.

Emily POV

Everything is over. Finally! Megan went to the party while Niall and I are going to my house. I thought I should take Megan's advice and hangout with Niall and tell him that I like him. I'm tired but I do want to eat our dinner, cuddle and watch a movie.

"I'm tired" I told Niall as I put my head on his shoulder and he kissed my head to make me smile

"I know you're tired but don't you want to eat, cuddle, and watch a movie?" Niall asked me and I nodded

"Yes, yes, and yes but I'm too tired" I told him

"I know how to wake you up" he said as he had his tickle hands towards me but I caught his hands before he could do anything

"You wouldn't" I told him and he smirked a bit

"Oh I would if you're not awake. Are you awake?" he asked and I giggled

"Yes I am" I told him

"Okay good" he said

I chuckled and sighed as we were heading home.

We arrived home and I went upstairs to put my pyjamas on and take my makeup off. Once I did that I went downstairs and went to the kitchen to see Niall is getting the plates from the cabinets.

"You've been here few times and you know where everything is" I told him and he looked at me with a smile on his face

"Yeah, because I always be here 24/7" he said

"I do not" I told him and he chuckled

"Yes you do but I don't blame you. You love food and I love food. We both always like to be in the kitchen a lot" he said

He is right tho we both like food and we have similar tastes. I can't believe I found someone who loves food like me and the type of food I like. Whenever I go out with Megan at restaurants and stuff we order different kinds of meals but Niall and I we share the same food sometimes if he lets me share with me.

"Yeah that's true but not 24/7" I told him

"Yes you do. Don't argue with me on this one Em" he said and I giggled

"Do you want to watch a movie while we eat?" I asked him

"Sure. I thought that we were doing anyways. Here's your food. Do you want to watch a Disney Movie?" he asked as he handed me my plate and we headed to the living room

"Yes. I can't believe you still know I like Disney movies" I told him and he chuckled

"We've known each other for 4 or 5 months now. I know for a fact you like Disney movies and you don't like scary movies. Correct?" he asked me

"Correct. I want to tell you something Niall" I told him as we sat down on the couch and he looked at me

I want to tell him now. I want to tell him that I like him and I'm feel confident right now.

"Oh god, what happened now?" he asked me

"I like you Niall" I told him

"I like you too crazy" he said and poked my cheek to make me smile

"No, I mean I like you more than a friend. I don't know why but whenever I see you my stomach feels something. I didn't know what it was until Megan told me it is called butterflies. I felt butterflies recently whenever I see you and I want to be by your side all the time. I haven't had a boyfriend before and I like you-" I rambled on but Niall cut me off by kissing my lips

I was shocked that he was kissing me. Does that mean he likes me too? I felt those butterflies again when he kissed me. Like I said before I haven't had a boyfriend so I don't know how to kiss someone. I just followed what Niall was doing. After a minute of kissing we pulled away and Niall put his forehead against mine's to make me smile and blush a little.

"I like you more than a friend too" he said

"Really?" I asked him

"Yeah, I really liked you when we first met but I didn't want to ruin our friendship that we had. Also, I didn't have the guts to tell you that I like you. I'm so glad you told me now I can tell you I like you" he said and I smiled at him

"I like you too" I told him and he kissed my lips

"And me too. Shall we eat? I'm starving" Niall said as he pulled away from the kiss and I giggled

"Yes, we shall eat" I told him and he chuckled

I turned on the tv as we eat our dinner. We cuddled and watched a movie together.
