it has been two years since hayato ran away from britain and had taken on a new identity, he sat in his office aboard the MVS-001: MUSASHI currently going through the ultimate antagonist to most leaders, paperwork, but hayato was different he enjoyed doing the paperwork he enjoyed the monotony of it all, there was a knock on his door
"enter" i called, in walked colonel tsubaki ishikawa, first adjutant to lord minister hayato nishiyama, and loyal retainer to him
"sir" she said
"report" i said calmly not looking up from my paperwork
"chief warlock albus dumbledore has petitioned for the aid of the first fleet" tsubaki said, i stopped for just a moment before continuing my work
"the second fleet will be ready to launch in two months time, i trained with their commanding officer myself, the woman is no nonsense and will get whatever job they need done quickly and efficiently, inform them to wait until then the first fleet will not get involved, after the disaster that is the triwizard-tournament" i said
"sir dumbledore requested the first fleet specifically do to rumors, going around, saying that harry potter is an officer in the first fleet" tsubaki reported
"has these rumors been dealt with" i asked
"we have been trying, we have not been succeeding" tsubaki said, that was the problem with most secrets, squashing any rumors about them was next to impossible
"well chief warlock dumbledore, does not command the first fleet, i do, and that was my only requirement when i joined to begin with i will not return to british soil" i said
"sir, the current minister amelia bones, and chief warlock dumbledore have requested to meet you in hopes of convincing you to come to their aid, since this request does not inhibit your own, it has been granted they are coming via the MVS-107: HARUNA" tsubaki said, i paused once more for just a moment
"i see, very well since the ICW okayed it i guess i have little choice, anything else to report" i asked
"the second musashi-class and the third and forth nagato-class battleships are nearing completion, we will received the third nagato class, the MVS-341: HYUGA, as part of our fleet, in three months time" tsubaki reported
"very well, is that all" i asked
"yes sir" she said
"dismissed, colonel" i said, she bowed and left the room, she could tell that despite his calm exterior, her master was fuming, but he was a very disciplined man and would not allow his anger to take hold until after he was off duty and safely away in his silenced quarters
two days later. minister nishiyama stood on the deck of his flagship awaiting the arrival of his 'guests', whom were three hours later, which did not aid hayato's mood
"welcome aboard the musashi, i am minister hayato nishiyama, supreme-commander of the first fleet" i said introducing myself
"i am the british minister of magic, amelia bones" she said giving a short bow to the man before her in respect
"i am chief warlock albus dumbledore, thank you my boy for the warm welcome" dumbledore said
"chief warlock dumbledore, you will speak to me with the respect i have earned as commander of this fleet, or i will throw you overboard, and let the sharks have at you, i am not your boy, and you will refer to me by my rank or not at all" i said coldly
"yes, of course, minister, my apologies" dumbledore said, he knew then that trying to be disarming around this individual would not work
"finally someone who understands proper decorum" amelia muttered
"minister bones, first i have very good hearing secondly, only the criminals of our nation do not use the proper decorum, now if you will follow me, we can move into the conference room, where you can explain to me why i should aid a nation i flat out despise and hope to see burn" i said, the two looked at each other, they were told the commander of the first fleet had a dislike of britain, but they thought it was an understatement clearly not
hayato led them to one of three conference rooms aboard the massive battleship where he took his seat at the head of the table and gestured for his guests to do the same, amelia's guards took post at the door, but hayato utterly ignored them they were no threat to him in the slightest, there were ninja's following him everywhere if those two moved in any form hayato didn't like they were dead
"the dark lord voldemort has returned and has essentially crippled our ministry" amelia started
"ah yes, cornelius fudge, reason number-one i hate your country didn't he paint your hero, as a coward for over a year before being ousted" i asked, the two nodded looking ashamed
"and no one could stop him, if this had happened in japan, or america, the minister would have been impeached and likely sued, yet he got away with it he was only kicked out of office because he didn't prepare for your dark lord" i said
"yes our nation has made many mistakes recently starting with the triwizard-tournament" amelia said
"oh no your mistakes started with sirius black, has he been given a trial yet" i asked
"he has, he has been released, and we have apologized to him, one of the first things my administration did" amelia said
"that'll earn you a few points, having an innocent man in prison for a crime he did not commit is not something i can adhere to, however that only get's you personally into my good books madame bones, not your country, what have you done to defend yourselves....... actually scratch that question, i have a feeling i already know" i said before turning to albus "tell me chief warlock do you still enforce your rule of no lethal spells" i asked
"of course, those individuals are simply misguided and can be redeemed" dumbledore said, and for the first time that meeting i let out a laugh, it was both a melodious sound and also utterly terrifying
"do you think i will confine my men to that same rule, if you want our help we will kill our opposition" i said
"i was told, that would be a condition to receiving your aid, but at this point, my policies are not working and we are losing, if that is what it takes to save magical britain, and the statute of secrecy then very well" dumbledore said, i looked at the man in shock
"colonel ishikawa" i said, as the woman appeared, shocking both of the guests
"sir" she said
"inform our forces to prepare to disembark we are going to the UK" i said
"aye sir, sir, captain delacour should be arriving in three days time"
"so my ships new captain is finally showing up, i'll miss daisuke, but he earned his promotion, thank you colonel carry out your orders we set out in a week, that'll give the new girl some time to settle in" i said
"is the girl in question perhaps fleur delacour" albus asked
"yes, the goblins of britain sent her to the goblin's of japan who recommended she join our force, she is the first official veela to enter service, and has inspired many of her kind to follow suit, i am not surprised you caught on to that, i assume you will be staying aboard" i asked, the two nodded
"if you wouldn't mind of course" amelia said
"fine" i said, then she nodded and stood up
"permission to come aboard sir" she said following tradition, even if she was a tad late
"your a bit late for following that tradition, permission granted minister bones" i said
