"Goodbye Taylor," Dylan's voice cracked before the phone call ended.

Taylor felt broken. This was all of her fault.

"Taylor, you have to make your announcement," Tree said with a sad smile as she walked into the smoking area

Taylor just nodded at the red haired woman,

"She's not coming back is she?"

Taylor shook her head before the tears started to flow down her cheeks once again. Tree wrapped her arms around the blonde and tried her best to comfort her in the situation at hand.

"If you don't want to do the announcement, I can call it off, the live stream, all of it,"

"No, no i'll do it,"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah,"

So Taylor dried her eyes and quickly fixed her makeup. She walked back into the bar and made her way onto the stage.

She took a deep breath before speaking into the microphone in front of her,

"I just wanna start of by saying thank you all for coming out here to celebrate the release of my newest album, Reputation," Taylor started with a fake smile, "I think this album  will always have a very special place in my heart, much like the person who inspired most of the tracks on this record," Taylor smiled as tears started to fill her eyes again,

"I hope you all enjoy the album, and to my inspiration behind it all, I love you so much, and I'm so sorry that you couldn't be here to listen with us. Thank you guys, I love you all,"

Everyone cheered after Taylor's speech, and the live stream ended. Taylor quickly ditched the party to get to her apartment as soon as she could.

"Dylan?!" Taylor yelled as soon as she got in the door

No answer.

She quickly made her way into their bedroom to find Dylan's closet empty. She really was gone.

Taylor sat down on the bed and broke down. She felt as if she couldn't breathe without Dylan. She was her best friend and girlfriend all in one. And she was just gone, and it was all Taylor's fault.

Meanwhile in Dylan's apartment, Dylan sat on her bed numb. She couldn't feel anything from crying that much. She looked down at her phone to watch the video she had been watching on repeat for the last 20 minutes, and as soon as she heard her voice, the tears started again,

"And to my inspiration behind it all, I love you so much, and I'm so sorry that you couldn't be here to listen with us,"
