They're both very toxic people, but they're also friends who love being toxic people together, but you know Angelo is probably gay(he bloody references Rupal's Drag Race in one of his lines apparently).
Honestly, this could be my bias in not being sure how to feel about Angelo because he says things and sounds very similar to someone I know who I don't like or ever want to interact with again for several reasons but I also like his design, I don't ship Angelo(or Willow) with anyone.
