Background:
Sekayi Hōrōsu Oppu
[Sekayi H. Oppu; a play-on-words for "World Hops" (In Japanese this is Sekai Hoppu and Hōrō suru means "Wander")]
Because an OC insert is essentially me hopping over to the anime world and wreaking havoc there. So why not be clever about the name?
Obviously Sekayi has to be a psychic for this to be fun for me. I don't want Kusuo reading my mind in general for one, and for two I want to annoy him. This would be difficult if I wasn't just another Nendo (with significantly more brain cells, thank you very much.)

This story is gonna be written in first person. Mainly. Don't know if I'll do a Saiki perspective but maybe? And third person seems okay, so I couuuullldddd do a lil bit of that.
I don't really want to ship my OC with any of the characters, but the only true candidates for that IF i ever CONSIDERED it would be Kuboyasu or Mikoto. Maybe Saiki. But the other two come first.
To start off with Sekayi is gonna mainly hang out with Saiki.
